They informed me that they are running late due to an accident and that was very good of them.
They did the job according to schedule and made sure the property was clean, took all the rubbish.
When everything was done, the showed us the solar box and what to do next.
I would put in a good word to friens who would like to have solar panels installed.

Dan was friendly, understanding and explained everything fully. The process was easy and stress free. The installation was very quick and the guys were very polite. We also love the app to see the benefits.

Spoke to them on the phone for them to replace it, gave them the dimensions of the plank and they just bought over something different
So basically didn’t care 👍

Installers were prompt and handled themselves in a professional manner. Worked with me to provide a hidden solution through the roof for no visible conduits. Garage install.

Would be nice to have more info on the panels/inverter at consultation and to explain the ins and outs. Not just it’s a good quality system, doesn’t leave much trust that they know the product. Turns out to be working well so far, just more knowledge on the product there trying to sell.

Happy with the system, would recommend to others.

Four Stars is what I felt was a good fit. The initial consultation with Jason was excellent and he was able to answer all our questions with ease. His understanding of the delay in processing the contract over the Christmas break with Banks n solicitors and our settlement was excellent and even though the signing off was delayed everything went smoothly
The installation team was fast efficient and knowledgeable although an email the day before for introduction of the team would have been appreciated. The installation went smoothly and the handover was completed although rushed.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Even with some weather hiccups the installers where outstanding!

Install went well, quick and efficient. The incorrect sized circuit breaker was installed on installation and the inverter kept tripping out until it was fixed a few days later but other than that I am happy with the overall install at this stage.

The sales rep was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained everything.
The tradies were on time and completely professional.
