I have had numerous deliveries from these amazing people, most orders around $400 a time and I have never had any problem with them. Delivery to UK usually 7 days from ordering.

I will be ordering many more items from their store

First time ordering from these guys, was a bit dubious about it as I'm from the UK. Parcel arrived just after a week from placing my order, which is actually quicker than some parcels I get within the UK! The box was absolutely battered which made me cringe inside, but thankfully everything is perfect. Mainly thanks to their very thick shipping boxes. It was actually cheaper to order from Australia than to buy from UK resellers - crazy. Can't wait to order more stuff!

Spent over $250.00 on Funko pop vinyl's.
when received I opened the box to find a box completely rooted.
There was no damage to the outer box, so it would have been packed by someone with no care factor.
Emailed popculture and the response was "sorry we did not get any extra empty boxes, so he is a $5 gift voucher".
In my line of work you send damaged goods we replace them of offer a refund and send customer a returnable postal box/bag.
I then had to find another birthday gift.
I now buy all my gear from another dealer.

I always order from popcultcha. and there really good and packing my packages. i never had any issues with them. I bought 2 inart figures from them recently. and I used my pennies and got them a bit cheaper. and they are awesome company. and I think i will preorder 2 more inart figures. and use there instalments pay option. and I don't know why people are putting bad and negative reviews about this company i had some issues with them but they sort them out.

Package moved out pretty quickly to be processesd by the post. Unfortunately Popcultcha did not know how to fill up customs form for international delivery. Response after 2 months was we have given store credit. However store credit was half of what I paid. I asked for a full refund and they did not bother to respond. Had to do charge back with bank.

Terrible service, always late on orders especially preorders in some occasions reaching a 3 year delay when asking about when your product will arrive you get greeted by rude unhelpful staff with a million excuses telling you to be patient.
Avoid at all costs!.

Bad experience. Overpriced to begin with. Charging extra fees after the fact. Won’t let me cancel my order , they only offer “store credit”. What an absolute joke of a company. avoid if you can

Posting as Nick Otmazgin. I’m helping my close friend Yaniv (the purchaser) — we’re long-time statue/figure collectors (Sideshow / Premium Format, Marvel/DC, etc.) and regularly buy from Sideshow, Amazon, eBay, and stores like SpecFictionShop without issues.

Yaniv placed an international order to Israel on 5 Jan 2026 for a high-value collectible (Sideshow Premium Format). The checkout experience was chaotic:

PayPal was attempted first, appeared approved, and then later reversed/refunded/voided, without a clear explanation.

That effectively forced paying by credit card to complete the purchase.

After purchase, the website also showed checkout problems again (at times no shipping/payment options appear for Israel when trying to place additional orders).

Most concerning: as of 12 Jan 2026, after multiple follow-ups, there has been no response, no ticket/reference number, and no clear status/ETA/tracking. Silence after taking payment is not acceptable.

At this point we’re asking for either:

full transparency (clear written status + allocation/ETA + tracking when shipped), or

immediate cancellation and a full refund.

I’ll update this review if Popcultcha resolves this promptly and professionally.

Totally great experience. Did read a lot of negative reviews, but then I thought people tend to write mainly negative reviews. So, first time buyer, and everything went smoothly, good postage time, well packaged and very happy with the product ordered.
Would use this seller again, no probs.

I ordered Christmas gifts from Popcultcha and it has reached my suburb but apparently it couldn’t find my house, so without taking it to the post office so I could at least pick it up from their, they moved the status to return to sender, they checked the shipping label and it was correct, so I don’t see how they messed up the shipping

They don't answer me, and don't ship to me my order, it's so frustrating

Be very Carefull when using this site, especially for international orders, and pre orders, I was forced to cancel orders due to high custom fees, due to these Grouping together large valued items from separate orders all together, making the value much higher than should be. Doesn't matter if you do multiple orders and pay separate shipping costs, they will tell you it will still be merged and sent together. So they are stealing so much money off people that's un needed in shipping costs, then when a refund is requested on pre orders, they will refund you the amount for the items only, not the shipping cost even though they wont be sending these items out they will still keep £60+ shipping costs from you, then if they do refund you it will be put as store credit with them, they wont actually refund your money, this company is thieving scum an should really be looked into legally, there customer service is also extremely rude, they expect their expectations followed but will not give any Lee way to the customer, they are a joke of a company and would be very careful dealing with these from now on

Christopher from customer service was a piece of work. So rude. I had placed an order but then my family came into some financial struggle, after explaining my situation he said it was his decision wether or not I could have the refund, he was so unprofessional and rude. I usually dont have an issue with popcultcha, my orders arrive perfectly and in a timely manner however on this one occasion I needed to cancel the order due to my pet becoming sickly- I needed the money back to afford a cremation. And he wouldn’t give it to me, so I called a supervisor and he sorted it for me. Thank you Adam.

I have ordered from Popcultcha several times. Most of the time, I have received my items with no issues. However, when there are issues, such as the courier not delivering, the level of customer service is zero. They are not interested in helping at all. The seller is meant to be responsible for chasing deliveries, however I tried to sort myself due to being in a different country, but unfortunately as they use Royal Mail/Parcelforce who take the same zero Customer Service stance, it is an impossible task.

Very pushy sales staff who just care about making money. They don't care about their customers. Very rude and toxic people to deal with. I won't be buying from the again. They can keep their stupid products to themselves. And play pony and cracker together.

I preordered a figure from Popcultcha since it was a hard to find exclusive here in the US. I ordered in July, release date was slated for July. As of writing this it is now October and I haven’t had any updates on my order. I sent a message to them asking if there are any ETA’s for my order two weeks ago with no response.

I purchased 2 figures from the same series and when the order shipped, I checked the invoice and it only showed 1 figure. I tried to use their online chat facility but no one got back to me. I then sent an email to the email address provided. The next day I got a second shipping confirmation for the other figure so I’m going to assume they stuffed up and didn’t check the order the first time round. I never got a response to my email either so I’ll never know. The lack of transparency is a real concern and I don’t think I will purchase from them again.

I’ve been using Popcultcha for over a year now. Great products that are hard to find in the UK.

Arrives quickly, usually 10 days, with a tracking service that works well, and very well packaged.

I’ve never needed to use their customer service, so can’t comment on that

I’m going to be honest, after reading the reviews, As a first time customer I was cautious about making a purchase from Popcultcha, but I needn’t of been what a fantastic company to deal with! at time of purchase they were half the price of any other retailer, once purchased I was emailed the tracking number ( which was also updated by Popcultcha) item arrived in no time to the UK & was very well packed ( by a human not a robot😆)

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOW NON EXISISTENT 💩. WON'T BE GETTING ANOTHER PENNY OFF ME 🤬.
