Very helpful and well packaged.

I placed an order for an item that was "in stock". Being nervous about this order being fulfilled (as their recent reviews were negative) I emailed them about said item being in stock. Only for them to reply that it was no actually in stock. Would they have told me this had I nit emailed? I doubt it.

Ordered a figure that showed to be in stock and then it was cancelled as it was sold out. If you don't have things in stock then remove the listing!!

Brilliant customer service, easy to work with and delivered with care. They let you know a rough estimate of when it will come and in my case it came a bit earlier. Fantastic company.

I was kept up to date regarding delivery issues, and always got quick responses. Would buy from again.

Item was well packaged and in good condition. I had to pre order it which the company got in touch with me to advices that it will take a month and if I wanted to continue with the order which I did and as soon as it was shipped to me I had tracking information and regular updates very pleased with the hole experience

Pretty poor service so far. Had a preorder for over 2 months and no updates whatsoever, even after chasing it up. Would not use again even if it was my only option.

I ordered a pop I couldn't get in the Netherlands, it was delivered fast and packaged very well. Unfortunately the pop had some factory damage (this was out of their control). I contacted the customer service and they were understanding about it and happy to help me out. I was able to return the damaged pop and receive a new one quickly after. They were very friendly in the process.

The Order was delivered by on time, as promised by popcultureuk and this is very reassuring when ordering on-line. I would not hesitate in ordering from popculture again and I give them a well deserved 5*****

I've recently ordered and received a Jurassic Park Funko pop from Popcultureuk and the order was a great price and came well packed safe and sound . When I needed to check the status of my order they were easy to reach on messenger and replied with information fast . Based on this experience I will use them again thank you
