Good product- reasonable price
Good product, communication re delivery could improve as I didn’t receive the email to tell me it had been delivered to our local Click and Collect store.
However, the customer service was excellent and it was sorted out promptly

Great products, impossible returns…
The products we got came quickly and most were lovely - even nicer than I expected. The cotton is soft and thick, the wool isn't itchy at all, and the wool fleece is very cushioned. I'm so happy to put all of that on my child.
I deducted 2 stars, though, because the returns are ridiculously difficult. I got a hat which I expected to be wool, but was actually mostly polyester (my fault for not diligently reading the description). I wanted to return it. There is no invoice in the bag - the website says to write a note on a slip of paper. There is no return address anywhere. I couldn't find it on the website. I guess I could email customer care, but there is a level of work that I find over-the-top for a small purchase. I'll sell it on to someone else instead.

Their products can be a bit on the pricey side but you honestly get what you pay for! Even better when they have sales on but be quick!
The clothes are really good sizing and will last far longer than most others.

Great jacket.
Bought the rain jacket for my daughter via winter sale, great product and she’s love the pink colour mixed the black jacket, I bought her the 9-10Y size which still a bit but she can wearing longer, plenty room to wear a mid layer inside the jacket.

Purchased second hand & brand new
I purchased both second hand and brand new clothes.
1. Brand new clothes - the quality wasn't as great as previous purchases. The material is rough and not as soft as cotton on previous purchases.
2. Second hand clothes - the picture is completely different to the actual trousers and tshirts we bought. The wear and tear was also worse compared to the tag on the website.
Appreciate pricing is a significant discount, but I wouldn't pay even the lower price for these second hand clothes after reviewing the condition we received it in.
