Delivery was on schedule.
The texts/email updates regarding Rx renewals, shipments & delivery are excellent.
My only complaint is how difficult it is to speak directly to a pharmacy staff person or pharmacist. The voicemail greeting is too long…I have no desire to listen to all the pre-emptive chatter when I just simply need to speak directly to a human being. Then it’s the waiting on hold. It’s very frustrating!
Once my call is finally answered the staff are typically excellent and the pharmacists are only happy to help and answer any questions which is fantastic!

Horrible experiences
Horrible experiences. Very unresponsive and slow to process orders. Takes so long to get prescriptions and they keep harassing my doctor after I have asked them to stop automatically going to them for refills. Very frustrated and moved away and never coming back.
