All orders have been late by multiple days
Orders for daily medications have been days late on 100% (2 out of 2) orders I've placed with PocketPills.

Honestly
Honestly, this service has been a complete game changer for me. I really needed a convenient way to refill my prescriptions and request renewals without spending hours waiting at a walk-in clinic, especially since I don’t currently have a family doctor.
Even if I did have one, I would still choose to use this service for medications I’ve been taking long-term and am already familiar with. It saves so much time, makes the process incredibly simple, and provides peace of mind knowing I can access the care I need without unnecessary delays. I’m truly grateful for how much easier this has made managing my health.

After numerous issues and delays a really nice and caring pharmacist went over her head and resolved the problem with my medication .

Deliveries have really improved with being sent to the community mailbox rather than the front door. No longer need to track arrival times or especially worry about late night deliveries.
