I was completely out of meds and tried to email pocket pills to determine if the order could be send in 2 separate shipments as only 1 medication needed to be formulated from scratch. I was not able to reach anyone. After this review, I'm happy to say pocket pills customer service reached out to me to apologize. She addressed the communication break down and took steps to rectify the issue to avoid it from happening in future. Thank you for reaching out!

This has been an amazing experience, I work away 2 weeks out of the month & sometimes it is difficult to see on Dr, during my time off.

Best pharmacy ever I frequently forget to re-order my medication, but Pocket Pills is on top of everything. They send me reminders if I need refills they have a doctor on hand if mine is not available I recommend this 100% especially to people who require daily medication multiple times a day they also provide vitamins!

Convenient and supportive
I’ve been availing prescription and over-the-counter medication services from PocketPills for over five years.
The platform is highly reliable and the support is top notch. Over the years, I’ve reached out to both phone and text support channels, and I consistently find the advisors quite friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The text support is really convenient.
What I’ve also found helpful is their vitamin/essential medication subscription service. They are delivered in easy-to-use sachets called PocketPacks that are also dated, so you know when you are supposed to have them.
Couple of points where I hope to see improvement:
1) Dispensing fee, which I believe is on the higher side
2) Prescription processing time (especially when something is required urgently)
