Arrived promptly, beautifully packed and protected and in good condition. Very pleased with the new additions to my wildlife pond.

Plants arrived in a good state, and seem to be doing well in the pond. I forgot to add a crucial item to my order and they were kind enough to refund the shipping cost for the second order & were able to ship it with my original order when I contacted them about it.

I cannot praise this company enough. Even with our tiny pond Lucy gives us valued advice and suggestions on suitable plants and how to care for them. Including advice on how to get rid of the dreaded duck weed. That advice being, you can't! 🤣 I have always ordered from them. Their choice is rich and varied. The plants were very healthy and well packaged. They are looking amazing in my pond.

Great communication from the seller. They made sure someone would be at the property to take delivery. The oxygenating plants of the month selection are vigorous and doubled in size after only a couple of weeks after being placed in the pond.

Was delivered on time and plants put out straight into the edges of the pond.

At this stage of our garden redesign I have been merely asking questions. However each question has been answered promptly and helpfully by Lucy. Customer service outstanding!
