Incompetent slow IT team! lots of features broken!
Most of these features are broken for years and IT hasn't taken steps to fix them, lazy a$$ incompetent money transfer company!
- adding American Express bank / Debit card doesn’t work, only some banks like Bank of America works
- cannot send money via any debit cards, despite suggestions by support multiple
In addition,
- money transfer to bangladesh is very slow
Despite, I spend only money to bangladesh, all the times by default it selects India as transfer destination. I have to always manually change it. Annoying as hell!
On reply here at trustpilot they say they are gonna fix the issues. But nothing is fixed. To be crystal clear, no work is done from their side. Every broken feature is still completely broken!

Plasid Increased the transfer fee.used to really enjoy using this money…
I used to really enjoy using this money transfer app, but I’ve noticed that the commission has doubled. I’m quite disappointed and will be searching for alternative money transfer apps that have lower fees.
