Pingonaut Puma Garantieabwicklung

Hallo
Wir haben am 28.06.2019 die Puma inkl. Vertrag gekauft.
Am 14.06.2020 haben wir sie reklamiert und eingeschickt, weil die
Sim-Pin nicht mehr ging und der rechte Knopf abgefallen war.
Am 23.07.2020 wurde uns endlich "Ersatz" geliefert.
In einem gebrauchten Zustand. Es konnte nichts eingegeben werden.
Die Uhr war ohne Funktion.
Auch wieder zurückgeschickt.
Seitdem haben wir nichts mehr gehört und werden telefonisch vertröstet.

Freundlicher und pragmatischer support

Sehr freundlicher, schneller und pragmatischer Support.

Unser Land war in der App noch nicht vorhanden, aber innerhalb von erstaunlich kurzer Zeit (36 Stunden) konnte uns geholfen werden. Hier sind die Wege zwischen Support und Technik anscheinend noch nicht so weit:-)
