I recently registered my restaurant on the Foodpanda Partner Portal by myself after discovering that the so-called "manager" was demanding a one-time registration fee of PKR 16,000 — while the official portal showed only PKR 10,000.
After completing registration, the manager called me and was extremely rude just because I applied online. Later, when I requested a location update, he refused to help, saying: "You registered yourself, now fix it yourself."
I contacted customer support via the app, but they kept replying with scripted messages and said there was a "technical issue" and forwarded my concern with no resolution so far.
This experience has been really disappointing for a new partner. I hope Foodpanda takes strict action against such unethical managers and improves their support system.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I have sending.
On June 16, 2024, I processed a payment of 22,500, and despite the commitment made by your agent, Zohaib, there has been no positive response or resolution to my issue. This delay is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service I expected from Foodpanda.
Given this experience, I highly recommend the not more use of Foodpanda services.
I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide a resolution.

I am a home chef and have opened an account on Food Panda Portal. After paying the required payment to Food Panda, when it came to upload the menu, it required also to upload dine-in menu whereas being Home Chef, I have no dine-in facility. Food Panda assigned a lady for my training on behalf of Food Panda but she really does not care. We shared this issue several times with her but she never responded. Moreover, in the help centre of Restaurant Portal, there is no way to contact any agent to whom we may share the issue to resolve. A really pathetic help/service of Food Panda.
