Photospecialist have never let me down, always good prices and prompt delivery.

My experience with PhotoSpecialist was extremely frustrating.

When placing an order, I had already updated my shipping address in my account. However, due to what appears to be a bug on their website, the order was placed using an old address. I noticed the issue immediately after completing the purchase and contacted PhotoSpecialist by email right away to inform them and request that the shipping address be corrected before dispatch.

Two days later, I received a notification that the order had been shipped. Just two hours after that, I received a reply from PhotoSpecialist stating that they could not change the address because the package had already been sent. In other words, they had ample time to see my message and act on it before shipping the order, but failed to do so.

I then tried to contact both PhotoSpecialist and the shipping companies to find a solution, but neither was able to help. The situation was only resolved because the delivery driver personally called me when he arrived at the incorrect address and was unable to complete the delivery.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of responsiveness and customer support. The problem was reported immediately, yet no effective action was taken. In the end, the successful delivery of the package was thanks to the initiative of the driver, not the service provided by PhotoSpecialist.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend PhotoSpecialist.

Invoice not delivered. And DHL not delivered at home (any attempt done), picked up at store, and the box was open...

Simple ordering process, quick and save delivery.

The package was delivered one day later than expected. I wrote to DHL to communicate this fact because I was waiting for the package all day. It was a bit disappointing.

Photospecialist is a business worth buying from. Very satisfied customer. Bought a Godox Flash V860III, it arrived extremely fast, I mean 3 working days, travelling from the Netherlands to Spain.

I recently had a disappointing shopping experience with Photospecialist. I ordered three items: a SmallRig L-Shape Handle, a NiSi True Colour ND-Vario filter, and a Peak Design Leash. Oddly, the SmallRig handle, initially shown as out of stock, arrived within a week. However, the other two items, which were clearly listed as in stock, never arrived.

After reaching out to customer support, I initially received a generic response stating they would open an investigation with the shipping company. But following that first standardized reply, customer service became completely unresponsive—ignoring all my subsequent emails. It left me feeling as if Photospecialist simply didn't care about customer satisfaction or resolving my issue.

To be fair, I’m not sure whether the fault lies with Photospecialist or their shipping provider. If it’s Photospecialist's internal issue, then the problem is severe and deeply concerning. If it’s the shipping company's fault, that means Photospecialist chose a shipping partner that loses customers' packages, which is equally problematic—especially for customers who urgently need their orders. Either way, I strongly advise other customers to reconsider carefully before purchasing from Photospecialist.

After I left a review here, Photospecialist responded by saying, "It's certainly not our intention to leave you without answers, and we’ll be reaching out again to follow up and find a suitable solution." However, the reality is that when another customer service representative replied with a templated message, I followed up with additional questions—but received no response.

This contradicts their claim that "it's certainly not our intention to leave you without answers." It makes me wonder whether Photospecialist actually has a professional, full-time customer service team, or if they’re simply copying and pasting standard phrases without addressing the customer's actual concerns. It gives the impression that they're just trying to brush people off.

We received the order fast, but unfortunately there was a minor problem with the product. Customer service was very professional. We returned the product and a new was send immediately. Very satisfied

I have felt cheated as I pay for the expansion package that included the fast charging hub and others, and I have received the product, but with the bottom package, that is, without the battery hub.

All the purchasing process went right, but was not warned that I should ask for a VAT invoice in advance. Plus, though the item was as announced in the webpage of Photoespecialist, it was different from the specifications from manufacturer's. Am afraid I will have to return my purchase

Great experience buying in this website. I bought the 04/01 and i received the material the 09/01, a very good shipment with a very hard packing to avoid damage in the products.

Expected delivery on Dec 30th, it's Jan. 3rd and only know that my parcel is stacked at the origin since Dec. 28th
