Fast Shipping, Reliable Service
My order came in without any delays (next day). The camera was packed meticulously, battery was full and everything was in order. I called customer service because I didn’t know Dutch, and they helped me find my track and trace code and were generally very helpful. I’d strongly recommend Kamera Express to anyone.
I received an empty box without product and have not received a replacement product.
I've ordered a complete camera set in multiple orders, however the last order came with a fully sealed box for 2TB CFexpress type B but the product was missing from the package. Luckily i have CCTV of the unboxing so i immediately provided proofs of the empty box using their official channels. We are now more than one week further and i have still not received a replacement. They tell me they'll replace it, but the product is in stock and there is radio silence.
On top of that they frustrated the communication by randomly sending me some of their previous mail in spanish. Then they tell me i should only reply to the right email. I have replied to every email they have send me, how i am replying to them wrong?!?

Terrible company
Terrible company. I bought three faulty ColorReader Pros from their outlet, and they only refunded me for two. It's been the most stressful 2.5 months of my life trying to get my money back. They're a scam and stealing money from their customers. They even acknowledged they owe me money but claim there's an issue with their finance department. Avoid this company at all costs! Very rude staff too.

I ordered a camera lens in December…
I ordered a camera lens on December 24th, for a trip in February. I received one update at the start of January stating that the product was delayed from the supplier and that I would begin receiving monthly updates. I followed up around 4 weeks after my order, asking for an update. They said the supplier still hadn't sent the product (after a month...), but that they would receive it within the next 3-5 days. Yet another week and a half passes without any updates. At this point, it has been nearly 6 weeks with limited updates and no product in time for my trip. I could have ordered from another company and received it the next day, but I wanted to support Kamera Express, as I always had positive experiences. Kamera Express should not be offering products from suppliers that take months to ship, or they should be transparent about these delays.

Faulty Website
I have ordered a very expensive camera and some film for my daughters birthday. I live in the UK and filled out my address correctly. I even double checked, as I was nervous it was coming from another country. After paying and it all going through, I get confirmation that my house number was not included. Realising straight away, I emailed the company and sent an online request. The order was sent out before they responded to my email. Apparently sending packages to the UK with no house number or name is usual practice. After back and forth with "customer service", the tone has changed to it being my fault and nothing they can do to help me. Funny how the invoice sent to my email did contain my correct address AND house number. So they had it all along but didnt check or add it on to the delivery. I am beyond frustrated as this is a gift and has cost me a lot of money. I am now advised to wait for it to be returned to them (as of course it cant be delivered with no house number). This has caused me significant stress and I am so upset. I simply cant afford to buy a replacement from somewhere else and I am hoping it gets refunded and my refund will come back to me quickly but I am of course worried and how long will that take?! Just a warning to UK customers...even if you double check your address, its likely the number or house name will simply disappear from the order form

Online store is borderline fraudulent, do not order from their online store.
Ordered a GoPro with peripherals over a month ago but still have not recieved any indication that the order will be shipped. I have contacted support 3 separate times (2 times asking for updates and 1 time asking for cancellation and refund) and have only gotten initial vague "we are investigating" responses, with any further replies from my side being ignored.
It seems like currently one of the items in the order is no longer in stock, so my hypothesis is that they instead of notifying the customer and handling this properly instead just waiting until the item is back in stock and ignoring any customer service requests.
Either way, I will never order from them again and will go out of my way to make sure no one I know does not do so either.
Very poor experience: long delays and no communication
Unfortunately, my experience was negative, mainly due to the complete lack of customer support. I tried several times to contact the company for updates regarding my order, but I never received any response.
The item was ordered in August and only arrived in late November. Because of this significant delay and the absence of any communication, I requested a refund through PayPal, which was correctly processed.
Later, at the end of December, the company contacted me with a payment reminder. Even though PayPal informed me that I was not obligated to pay again, I chose to complete the payment anyway, out of honesty and fairness, once the product had been delivered.
However, the complete lack of responsiveness from customer support is unacceptable. For this reason, I will not be purchasing from this store again. I strongly recommend improving customer service and ensuring that contact channels are actually responsive.
