Still get reminders to re-order too early. This time the reminder arrived the day after the medications arrived. If I responded straight away I would quickly build up an unnecessary stockpile.

I have been emailed to a leave a review. I have already reviewed previously. Their website is terrible often glitchy so you cant complete your order. The reminder system is frankly mind melting. My prescription is monthly I was getting reminders a week after putting in my last order. I changed the frequency of reminders, it made entirely no difference.

Avoid if you can. Absolutely dreadful!
Charged multiple times for the same prescription on multiple occasions. Can’t get through to bring the issue up. Charged when my prescription was cancelled and told I would get a refund but haven’t had one. Also sent an email to complain about the issues I’ve been having only to get a very blunt response back. It actually concerns me how bad this company is. When it was Lloyds direct I didn’t have one issue but this has been nothing but a disaster!
