The most difficult aspect of Pharmacy2U…
The most difficult aspect of Pharmacy2U is the log in and ordering of repeat prescriptions. I find the whole process frustrating and complicated. It used to be so easy, but now I’m not even sure which page I’m on. Then I sometimes get a message that your prescription can’t be ordered at this time and the worst part is that I’ve only got five days left before I run out of one of my tablets. More than once I have had to phone my GP to find out what’s going on, only to be told that they have had no request from Pharmacy2U!
The simple task of re-ordering shouldn’t be so stressful.
