I've just had a microchip cat flap malfunction (the catches) and was expecting to have to send it back and all that entails. It was 11 months old. But once the company spokesperson (and very fast to get in contact with somebody, a real person, thank you) established my case was genuine they arranged very quickly to replace it. I appreciate the good faith and the fast solution. In addition the item is very good and if I was a little better with load springs, I could have easily fixed it, as all other parts worked very well.

Petsafe have the best customer service I've ever come across. They answer the phone straight away and have been incredibly helpful in sorting out a problem with my Petporte cat flap.
