Was slightly worried due to the bad reviews however everything was great! Products were very reasonably priced hence me ordering from them. Delivery took around a week and there was no confirmation of dispatch, the item just suddenly appeared. Overall, great products at great prices so will use again!

Ordered from the EU website a shampoo, received the wrong one - same brand, same range but a different line with different active ingredients.
Contacted support only to have them insisting it’s the same product that “changed packaging”.
It’s literally different products and they sell both on their website 🙄

Will definitely NEVER buy from them again and will make sure nobody I know does either!

Ordered with some trepidation, but went ahead as they had the exact products I wanted at a very good price. Items arrived very quickly with Royal Mail, in perfect condition. I am very happy with the whole experience. I will use them again for sure.

Scam, didn’t receive item, avoid!

Tried to place an order of nearly £100. However, after making me create an account in order to place an order, when I went through checkout, it wouldn't process the payment through Paypal! Waste of time! (is this because they're in Spain?)

Also, why don't they let you make a one off order as a 'guest' - perhaps they sell your data!

Regularly order to the UK - takes about a week but well packaged and reliable

If I’d have read these reviews before ordering, I most probably wouldn’t have made an order.
I made an order previously and needed to cancel the order. I contacted them and had a lovely reply saying the order has been cancelled and to receive my refund between 2 and 14 days .. it arrived the next day .. I was very happy and relieved. This action gave me great confidence in this company.
I made another order, paid with Visa, had an email saying all was successful, and shipping would be 7-10 days. After 7 days I contacted them as I’d never received any updates .. they answered positively. My parcel arrived well packaged 10 days exactly.
The price was good, the shipping fee was slightly excessive, but overall it’s been a positive experience.

I dont trust this company. They wouldn’t accept a one-off payment card from Revolut, which is the safest way to shop online. They insisted upon a repeatable payment option. Didn’t sound right to me

I bought something from them for my friend who has cancer and contacted them to send them to me as soon as possible . I received a response informing me that the items were shipped on the same day as I bought . They arrived 7 days ( including weekend ) after!! Many thanks

Took a gamble with this company, as they accept PayPal, and it paid off! Item was delivered to my UK address 6 working days after ordering, was packaged well in a Mifarma box. Only let down was the lack of email order updates for dispatch, when ordering as a guest. You’ll need to use the guest order tracker on their website, to track the order, where they provide the Royal Mail tracking number.

I received my order within the time frame without any problem. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I did not receive any updates by email. If you want to know what is happening with your order, you need to open an account with them. Updates are posted there.

I ordered on Monday afternoon and duly received my parcel Wednesday the week after (as stated on their website, when you order a product from Spain to be delivered to the UK, it can take a little while to arrive). I enquired after a few days whether my order had been shipped and received an answer with a tracking link first thing the next day. Products were well packaged.

No communication following payment confirmation. The product hasn't arrived in almost double the quotes timeframe. They don't respond to emails and when you click the customer contact link on their website it takes you to a blank page. Poor service and loads of admin that noone has time for.

They sent me the wrong product and refuse to refund me without me paying the shipping cost to return the product! After back and forth email its too late return apparently.

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a product that never arrived. Never received tracking details. I contacted them after waiting for 3 weeks and they told me that the product had been returned to them so they would refund me the cost of the product but not the £10 for shipping. When I asked for the process to place a complaint they said that by law they didn't need to have one. I felt so frustrated and helpless. Please do not buy from them.

It was the EU branch that sent the package - the online enquiry form is in Spanish and I used that to update my postcode as I entered it with an error originally.

I received the parcel after 3 weeks. They used Royal Mail and since they ship from Spain they have delays. Another problem they don't provide any tracking number at all and there is no phone number to call. So until the end, you don't if the parcel has arrived or not.

Me aparece como pedido completado, pero nunca lo recibi, ni si quiera un tracking number para saber con que companyia lo han mandado. He contactado con ellos y no hay respuesta de ningun tipo. Literalmente me han estafado £50. Nunca mas los volvere a usar.

It says in my account that the order has been successfully delivered. It never arrived to me, they never sent even a tracking number to know what delivery company are they using or when was I expecting it. I contacted them multiple times without an answer. Please don't use this company, I have just been scammed £50. VERGONZOSO

No contact all you get is an email saying you’re order is cancelled then radio silence think it’s a scam website AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This review is about Mifarma by Atida in Spain.
In Spain Mifarma was bought by Atida a while ago. I used to order for the last 5 years from them.
Didn’t matter for me this change because both of them delivered a great service back in Spain. The order was arriving the day after or in maximum 3 days.
They were informing you if a product wasn’t in stock and they were asking if you still want your order or you prefer to cancel it.
They were giving you together with your order some free samples from time to time to try as well.

Now I need to order some immunity sirup for my son but after all these negative reviews I am scared to loose my money.

I’ve checked their Spanish website and they are Atida only for Spain and Portugal.

Definitely Mifarma it’s not the Mifarma by Atida from Spain.
