I contacted 3 companies before choosing Pets Abroad UK. Price wise they were all equivalent by the time you factored in all the parts, but Pets Abroad was the only one that was all inclusive so no creeping costs or nasty surprises. They were also the only one to call me, walk me through the process, understand and alleviate my concerns and interested in my dog (essentially my 3rd child and I was panicking about shipping across the world and putting him in quarantine). From that moment on relocating the dog became the best part of our move. Andre set it all out for us, he took calls, texted and resolved issues even during his holiday. We dropped our dog with him the night before travel and he was well cared for, including a pre travel walk and a photo update. He checked in with us during the quarantine period and even after he was delivered to us 10 days later. The quality and care was as though they were relocating their own pet. Simply can’t recommend Pets Abroad highly enough; gold class all the way and above and beyond. Thank you Andre and the team; you have genuinely provided the most amazing service and I can not rate it highly enough.

Thanks to Andre for arranging to take Colin and Raymond from the UK to Cyprus. We were worried about taking the boys so far but Andre's professional and easy going approach was reassuring throughout the process. The travel arrangements were tailored to our requirements and the boys arrived safe and well. Colin and Raymond are enjoying life in the sun.

We used Andre and Kim to send our black lab to Australia. What a great experience this was, everything was taken care of and no questions to hard to answer. I found the service exceptional and he team at petsabroaduk went over and above to exceed our expectations. The photos of Benny cheered me up knowing he had arrived in Australia saftley and all was well. Thanks guys a fantastic job.
