Alison, Paul and the team from PBS were super helpful, very communicative, flexible and we felt our dogs were in very safe, caring hands with them. Highly recommend!

PBS handled the travel for my two dogs from the UK to the US. The customer service from Abbie was top-notch--above and beyond what I expected. She communicated clearly and frequently, answered all of my (many) questions, and even handled a situation outside her control (brought on by the airlines) with professionalism and excellent communication. In addition, they had the best price among several companies I checked with. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We used PBS to bring our cat back to Canada from the UK. Abbie was extremely helpful from the start. The various arrangements for pick up, vet visit, customs and delivery to our hotel in Canada all went without any issue. I would certainly recommend PBS for stress free pet travel! Thank you 😊

"How hard could it be?" we thought when we decided to take our cats back to South Africa.

As it turns out- very hard! The process was far more complex than we ever imagined, and we quickly realised we needed expert help. Thankfully, that's when we found PBS.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The process of getting our dog to South Africa was hugely stressful and complex but PBS handled all the many bumps along the way calmly and professionally and helped us see it through to the end after we nearly gave up on it when timing became complex. Their agents in South Africa were just as wonderful and gave us great comfort during the very scary phase when the animal has left the old home and before they arrive at the new. When it is a precious pet, you really do want to trust the people you hand them over to and PBS are the best.

Ali was different. She was patient, professional, and truly responsible. She carefully reviewed my documents, marked every mistake clearly, and guided me step by step on how to correct them properly. She also explained that checking and correcting documents is a key part of a clearance agent’s responsibility, because it is essential for pets to travel smoothly and arrive safely.

I am truly so grateful to Ali for her help. It was a very urgent situation, and she was incredibly patient in going through all of my documents and checking every mistake carefully. She clearly marked each error one by one, which helped me correct everything in time and allowed my kittens to arrive safely in the UK.

Before finding Ali, I had contacted many UK clearance agents and had even paid some of them in full. However, they did not properly check my documents at all, which resulted in my kittens missing their flights twice. This was extremely stressful and heartbreaking for me.

Ali explained to me that it is the responsibility of a clearance agent to carefully review the documents and point out any mistakes, because correcting those errors is one of the most important keys to making sure pets can arrive safely and smoothly.

What touched me the most was that even before charging me any service fee, she had already taken the time to guide me through correcting the mistakes and making sure all the documents were properly completed. Her kindness, professionalism, honesty, and dedication meant so much to me during such a stressful time.

Relocating overseas can be a difficult and stressful process. Add to that, bringing a pet with you, the stress and emotion can triple.
We are so incredibly grateful to PBS Pet Travel for their support and diligence in our move from New Zealand to the UK. It hasn’t stopped the nervousness and concern we pet parents face but we were constantly reassured during the whole process and knew all the details were being taken care off.
Lucy and Jason worked closely with our NZ pet transporter and kept us up to date as our dog Honey flew across the world. Pick up was seamless and only took a couple of hours with great communication throughout.
Honey has arrived safely and is quite relaxed, signals that she has had lots of care from everyone involved.
