Lied about stock
Ordered a speaker that said on their website was due in stock in 3 to 5 days. That was on July 20th. Almost a full month later and still no word on when it will be delivered, they even told me multiple times they expect it in a few days. I get that stock issues are often not a retailer's fault but at least be honest about it. If I knew it would take this long I would have ordered from somewhere else.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, without any suggestions of boasting about their product, which you get a lot in hifi dealership world. You always feel their goal is to make the customer journey a satisfying and informed experience with goals met or exceeded.
First visit overcame my reserve about ordering online for hifi with any confusion on my own part resolved and a seamless delivery, so I came back again when the need presented. I see them now as my trusted reference who may just throw up exactly what I was looking for.

Bought some Mission Acoustic speakers…
Bought some Mission Acoustic speakers from Peter Tyson and they came with free speaker cable with Banana plugs. I tried for fit these to the speakers and my amp but they were very tight so sought advice from the customer services team. They asked for a few pic of the equipment and then advised on how they should be fitted. A bit of physical effort and soon I was up and running. Thanks guys for the help.
