Ordered the Samsung Samsung S700D 3.1 Soundbar and must firstly say prior to order I had a couple of questions which I asked via online chat. The response was fast and helpful leading to my order straight away.
The soundbar arrived within days - quicker than expected,
The soundbar is superb and transfers the movie experience to another level.
I am a minimalist, and not a fan of wires if I can avoid, but I do find the HDMI eARC connection maximises all of the features.

I ordered a few polk speakers online, which was a breeze, they turned up via DPD in two days, and they were superb.
I had a minor issue with one of the floor standing speakers grille, which I contacted Peter Tyson via email, asking if they could help.
They got back to me ASAP, Within a week, I had sent my one back and received a new perfect grille in its place, all the time, being kept informed of the progress.
The customer service is second to none, as well as my entire experience.

In today's world, good customer service is an expectation. Peter Tyson, however, go way above and beyond every time. I have made a number of recent purchases with Peter Tyson and they have always been available to support and guide me, no matter how technical or mundane the query may be.

My most recent transaction was extremely technical and I was guided through the process by Liam and Matt who WAY went above and beyond. They are passionate about their roles and this shows in both their attention to detail and their technical knowledge.

I pre-ordered some headphones but the receipt of the headphone stock was delayed in Peter Tyson receiving it from the supplier. They periodically kept me updated, and again when they finally received the headphones. I was more than happy waiting and was kept at ease with their updates. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Fantastic deal on some top notch speakers, the whole process from ordering to delivery was so smooth, brilliant experience.

Peter Tyson Had the Pro Ject record cleaner I wanted. This was at the same price as many others out there. However I would say with the speed of dispatch and their communication they would be very hard to beat. Could with the use of DPD as a courier everything went smoothly and quickly.

I called the number to see if it was a real company and that the airconditioner existed. Someone immediately answered the phone, confirmed they had stock and I got my airconditioner in 24 hours! In time for the heatwave! Absolutely brilliant service and will use again!
