I didn’t want to give them any stars but couldn’t write this if I didn’t. I opened a new accounts with them with the promise of £60 worth of free bets once I’d placed my initial bet. I then spent another hour on live chat to someone allegedly called Jane who wanted screen of the alleged offer of &60 free bets which I found easily as they’re advertising it still. Then I was told not all details were completed when I opened the account yet as I said I placed a bet which won but I was unable to withdraw the winnings . How could all this have happened if I didn’t complete the original account application? I’ve given up now as you cannot actually speak to anyone directly which I think is a joke.
