I received the product I ordered without the lid!!!

Shocking customer service. Product was not packaged correctly and leaked everywhere. The bottle was completely empty! I have sent several emails with proof but these have been ignored. Do not use this company!

My package came fast and perfectly wrapped to protect my products inside.

I ordered two black magic brushes online and got red delivered. No problem. The hard brush was in good condition but the soft brush look used dirty with deep scratches and bristles falling out. I rang the shop and the response was “ we can not replace or do anything.” Poor business ethics for a small business.

Item delivered a week late, no response to emails

They didn't have the inventory to fulfil my order and they refunded me £0.00 instead of £15, then the delivery wouldn't leave the depot until I paid £3 for postage as the stamp they used was not for the weight of the parcel. There was rubbish left in the parcel too.

Never again!

When I pay for next day delivery I dont expect to have the product delivered 2 days later than expected.

I ordered Palmers facial cleansing oil and was sent Palmers therapy oil. I sent 2 emails but no reply, i finally called them only to be told they had sent me the correct items but the packaging had changed. It took me nearly 10 mins and repeatedly asking them to log onto their own website before they agreed they had sent the wrong items, and what I ordered was out of stock. I was then told to return these wrong items at my own cost!
