Another great week at Trelawn. This is our fourth time and all the family regard the holiday as the highlight of the year.
Two of us have electric vehicles and it would be convenient if we were allowed to "trickle charge" our vehicles over night.
Before we left we received a call from your office asking if we wished to book the same week next year; a very solid yes please from all.

The Hideout at Mawgan Porth is ideal for our family,lovely views of the bay and easy access to a lovely beach, excellent accommodation. The pool room, hot tub and cinema room are great for keeping the children entertained.

We had a lovely stay at seastar with perfect stays the house looked over the beach hot tub steam room outside garden area the house was perfect was text when ready it was so clean when we arrived and there was everything we needed even a welcome hamper witch was very nice thank you would recommend to anyone.

A great house and very comfortable. Extremely well thought out and beautifully furnished. My family loved staying there.

Our stay at 'One Trenoweth' Trebetherick was delightful, the property was very well equipped to the highest standard, the welcome pack very generous. The pool was an added bonus for my 5yr old granddaughter. Contact with Perfect Stays regarding all the needed info was excellent. My only criticism was the two back bedrooms definitely need some blinds or net curtains, we had the curtains drawn for most of the stay for privacy (my granddaughter luvs to change her clothes at least 5 times a day) as they over look the hotel car park.

From start to finish, this was the best holiday booking experience we have had in Cornwall and we’ve used most of the local Padstow companies.

A very timely, personalised service at all times, even down to text messages on the check in date to let us know we could arrive early. The property was excellent, great location and furnished like a home from home.

Little Polkerris is a hidden gem. It’s small but perfectly formed. The husband and I enjoyed a weeks stay and the host could not do enough for us. The welcome hamper was amazing and the property spotlessly clean. There is a lovely secure garden if you are thinking of bringing your dog and the hot tub was lovely with a stunning view of sheep and hills. We will be back when we need to recharge our batteries. Fowey is only a mile away and is a great town so lots to explore locally.

Sea Breezes was the perfect place for a family celebration: a beautiful and supremely comfortable house in a lovely location.
The communications were excellent, and we were altogether satisfied customers!

Our stay at The Cove couldn't have been better. The pre-arrival help and support was spot-on. The property is fabulous with good space and a wonderful setting just steps from the beach. A very personal and attentive service is not often delivered but all at Perfect Stays made it a perfect stay for us.

Perfect stays provided a great experience, easy to deal with, good communication. No problems what so ever. The property was great, would recommend.

We stayed at The Treasure House in Polzeath. The staff were extremely helpful and the property was fantastic.

We stayed at Clifftop in South Devon - it was an absolutely beautiful house in the perfect setting, perched up above Bigbury. The house itself is stunning, spacious with panoramic views of the sea. A short walk down to the beach and a highlight was the huge wetsuit/changing rooms - perfect for a large group with loads of gear! We are all desperate to return asap :-)

The Lookout in Mawgan Porth was suggested to us by the Perfect Stays advisor. We booked it, and had a really lovely week there. It’s a beautiful, well-equipped, stylish home from home with an amazing panoramic sea view, hot tub and lots of relaxing spaces. The property managers were really helpful and even filled the hot tub in advance so it was ready to use on our first evening. The welcome hamper was excellent and very useful. I would recommend Perfect Stays as an excellent curator of special holiday destinations.

Kilden Mor is one of the best properties-we have ever stayed in. The house is exceptionally well presented and impeccably clean. The wonderful goodie hamper, cream tea and flowers provided a great welcome

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and all very usable. Top class crockery, glasses and cutlery. A sticking point was wrestling with the instructions for the induction hob but once we solved this everything was fine.

Every bedroom is spacious and well designed with little touches which enhanced the stay. The bed though soft was very comfortable. The en-suite bathrooms are very luxurious.

The seating area with far reaching views across the estuary provided a relaxing area to tide watch.

Although we did not sit in the garden it is as exceptionally well designed and maintained as the rest of the house,

Overall a great relaxing break. We hope to return next year.

Both Perfect Stays and Treasure House in Polzeath were excellent. Booking is simple, communication both prior and during our stay was great without being intrusive. We had a plumbing problem - these things happen - which was fixed straight away, no fuss and no interruption to our break. Treasure House is as described on the website. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, with modern tasteful furnishings, and toasty warm for our February break. Located a short stroll to shops, restaurants, beach, and lovely coastal walks. We all loved it, including the dog.

Great company to deal with , properties described exactly as you find. Well equipped, beautifully located . Don’t use anyone else .

Fantastic Views! Headlands was a great house , very well equipped. Comfy beds, even managed to use hot tub as the Sun came out. Great location, not to far from Padstow for great Restaurants and the choice of some beautiful beaches! We always use Perfect Stays, as you are guaranteed Superb Properties and a friendly , helpful Team.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Laflouder Thatch in Mullion! From the moment we arrived, the house was in perfect condition—spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with clear instructions that made everything effortless.

The concierge service provided by Perfect Stays was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and had fantastic recommendations for local activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. A special touch that we truly appreciated was the welcome basket filled with delicious Cornish products, which added to the experience.

Laflouder Thatch is a stunning home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’ll definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Mullion!
