Why is company still in business?

I am baffled that a company like this is still in business. For 6 days now I have been getting messages that my parcel will be delivered between 09:00 and 21:00 o’clock. Sometimes I get a message that it out for delivery twice a day. The second time I get the message, minutes later, they apparently „ missed“ me. Plot twist: I was always at home. I wonder what these delivery drivers doing all day driving around with the parcels they never attempt to deliver. As you can imagine, Their customer service is non existing. Worst delivery service I had to deal with in the northern and eastern hemisphere.

Item nearly lost

They were supposed to deliver an Aliexpress item, but it wasn't delivered normally. It was left in the garden probably, without notification, but I was lucky someone found it and delivered to my door and it wasn't lost.

Incompenent to deliver

Incompenent to deliver package or deliver in the Main Entrance of the Appartment, were everybody then can steal it.

By the way delivery expected between 09:00 and 21:00 SERIOUSLY NO TIME SLOT, and expect to wait for you 12 HOURS!!

They Don't Bother to Attempt Delivery

Absolute rubbish. This is the second time Vinted stuck me with this horrible service, and this is the second time they have lied in their tracking updates. Today they claim "Delivery attempt failed : Customer not home; no neighbours available." Utter nonsense. My wife and I have not left the house today. There was absolutely no attempt made. Our buzzer is in perfect working order. All of my neighbors are home and I asked if delivery was attempted with them and they said absolutely not. No accountability, no recourse, abysmal customer service. Lazy workers who lie without fear of reproach. They should be illegal in the Netherlands.

Order AliExress

First delivery would be 16 feb 2026. At the time they came to my house I was not home. They send me a mail that they will deliver again at the 17 feb. I was the whole day at home. Then in the afternoon they send me a mail that I was not at home an they come again at the 19. Again I was home but nobody came. It is now 24 feb. I wrote already 4 emails to them starting at the 18th feb. I received one answer that they could not find my package and that they are looking for it.The other three they did not answer. I know one thing for sure: the delivery guy stole it. Unfortunately I can not prove it.I have to try to get my money back from AliExpress.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service, they hold back packages that should have already been delivered. They pretend you're not home, and neither are the neighbors. They have long 12-hour time slots, as if you're going to be sitting at home waiting all day. I hope this company goes bankrupt!

They don't deserve even 1.
ZERO, sub ZERO - this is what they and their service deserve. First they managed ti ruin my Christmas by losing (stealing) the package that contained a gift for my friend. Less than 30 days after this - I did not get my package the size of the letter. They changed the status to "Delivered in person" on the website. But it's not clear to me whom they delivered and who that person was (maybe a buddy of the courier - my wildest guess), but there is NOTHING in the mail box. The worst situation is that there is no way to do anything about this. I'm super frustrated. The packages make all the way safely from distant China, but get lost on the last mile delivery thanks to PEDDLER. If there is any lawsuit gonna take place against this company, I will be happily among those who would like to join it to see them lose, pay fines and stop their operations. They don't deserve to operate in the Netherlands!

Will probably never get my package

Package never delivered

Package never delivered. Complaint at the customer service and they will investigate. The chauffeurs gps tells that he was here but that is impossible because he is not on camera. So he/she probably stole my package and my money is gone.

Peddler is unreliable

Peddler is unreliable, and no way to contact them. I have multiple delayed boxes and can't contact them as the only way to try to get in touch with peddler express is via an online form, chatbot or email. I tried them all and didn't get an answer from any of those channels.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Tried to deliver 3 times even though i was at home and did not ring the bell or knock. Said neighbors were not home even though they were. They don’t even have a pick-up point, why start a delivery company when you can’t deliver?

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever, i order some small things from aliexpress and on the tracking it says they tried many times to deliver my things but failed. There is absolutely no explanation, just that they failed to deliver it, the address is easy, never had problems with delivery, and somehow they failed not once, but many times. Horrible service, i hope just to get my money back, bcs it pretty clear they are not going to deliver my things, even tho i really wish to get my things, it was for my Halloween costume🥲.
I would like also to make it clear that i hate them with all my being and i wish this company the worst, maybe lose a CEO, idk, something bad should happen to them, yes, im petty 🥹
