I received all the parts I ordered pretty quickly and all were well packaged. Website was easy to navigate.One part took a bit longer because USPS sent it on a road trip by no fault of Parts Discount. My 20 year old Estate dryer is working like a charm now. Thanks!

ordered what i needed and got it fairly quick but solved the problem works good hopefully it lasts longer than the last one from somewhere else that only lasted 4 months thanks

I ordered a heating element Kit paid for VIP shipping and when I received the heating element I installed it and after a couple of runs the next day the ceramic insulator that holds the springs in place and separate from everything head snapped in half. There is nothing that I could have done to make that had happen and I have been trying to reach out and explain to them the situation and I have received not a response back except for to leave a review and tell me how they did.and all I'm asking for is a replacement for the heating element since it is clearly not my fault that this had happened.

The product shipped fast and so far it is working just fine! I placed my order and two hours later it shipped and arrived incredibly fast. The part was exactly what we needed. I agree with another review that the amount of emails was perfect. No junk emails just confirmation of the order and a shipping email. I love that too! I also agree with that review that I wish there were instructions but I'm not faulting the company too much on that. We were able to Google it and figure things out on our own. 10/10 would recommend!

Installed the part got about eight washes out of it and the part went bad. After three emails they finally right back and say I have to pay to ship the part back to receive another one. What kind of customer service is that that you are sold a defective item and you have to pay the return shipping I would give this negative stars if it were possible.

The part was in perfect condition, I didn't even have to pay postage. It received it very quickly. I like it so much better than buying a new appliance.

I ordered a kit for my dryer, of the three parts I only was shipped one. Customer Service has yet to acknowledge my inquiries via email and web form. I can't find a phone number to call on the issue. Would appreciate a better customer service experience.

First shipping and the parts fit perfectly

Let's lead with the one negative -- no instructions. That's my negative feedback. Thankfully, there are online resources with a bit of proper searching.
Now then, this business had the part kit when no one else did. Ordered on a weekend, was informed would not ship until start of the business week and would take the majority of a week's time to arrive. Kit arrived that Tuesday. Just awesome!
Kit had all appropriate parts and 110 wash loads later still seems to be doing the job as hoped.
I received all proper confirmation emails upon purchasing online AND no subsequent junk mail/spam. Absolutely perfect.
I know their site may not impress compared to more modernized sites, but it all worked very well with no hiccups or issues, and a reasonable price, too!

Great experience from start to finish... even received the part a couple of days early.

Worst company. I ordered some replacement parts for my Maytag washing machine. They sent the wrong parts! Impossible to contact other than email. 24hours between email and refused to send out correct parts, refund me or even pay for return. Do not use this company!

Excellent part to fix my washers hot cycle.

got the wrong part due to a order mistake where instead of #600 an extra "0" got used as in #6000 and because i had made the comment that i didnt agree with who might've made the mistake but it didnt matter and i would be returning the unused new part insured for a refund minus the $5 restock fee as described online and after getting confirmation of delivery, they have refused to respond so now i gotta do a dispute claim on my MasterCard.
