So the overall experience was great, shipping was super fast and it was here quick. The reason for only 3 stars, the fitment was poor. It did not fit like oem, there were gaps on each side of it.

This was a quick and easy purchase. I called, they found the item I needed, and I received it in no time. I couldn't have had any better service and response time than what I had with Partsdiscount.

Got parts fast as desired. Great for the price. Suited my needs and the part fit for the dryer.

Hi, this was a very quick and easy purchase of a part I desperately needed after I broke a dryer knob :(

The part arrived swiftly and in the right condition :)

They shipped us a faulty or reconditioned part that stopped working after 2 dryer loads.... No one will respond to our 3 emails we have sent the past couple of weeks.

I ordered a new dryer timer for our dryer on April 5th and paid for 2 day shipping. It was shipped on April 7th and was delivered on April 9th. I had to leave out of state for work for a week but when I got back I replaced my faulty dryer timer with the one I received from partsdiscount.com. After 2 loads of laundry the "new" dryer timer no longer works. They must have sent us a faulty part or a part that was not refurbished/reconditioned properly and was junk.

On April 17th I first sent them and email to support @partsdiscount.com (that was sent in their e-mail that invited me to write them a review.) I sent them my order number and screenshots of my order and part number and explained the situation. After 8 days without a response I e-mailed them again through their "contact" page on their website on April 25th. Today is April 28th and I still haven't heard anything after 3 separate e-mails to them the past couple weeks with no response. I will edit my review if someone gets back to me

If you have any difficulties with your order, please use the contact customer service form on their website to get in touch versus sending an email directly to their support line! Helpful CS team.

Simply put, I was sent the wrong part, and then I had to go to the trouble of boxing it back up, writing a label, and paying $12.00 at the Post Office to mail it back to you. PLUS, you have the nerve to charge me the $5.00 for the "restocking" fee. Never again.

Ordered parts (complete bearing kit) for a Whirpool Cabrio washer. The GOOD - the parts arrived quickly, at a competitive price and seemed to fit well. The BAD - The PARTS FAILED within 60 days. No contact number to speak with anyone. They offered no assistance at all, no concessions or alternative support.

Ordered a refrigerator valve and it worked good after replacing the old piece.

Ordered the recommended part for a Whirlpool Cabrio Washing machine. Watched a couple youtube videos and was able to remove the defective part, install the new part and Voilà!!! machine is working perfectly.

Whirlpool icemaker went out. I ordered an ice sensor first. Didn't fix. Order this icemaker. Perfect fit. Able to track delivery. This is 3rd time I've changed icemaker. Started making ice after few hours I installed it. Yay! No complaints. If that didn't do it the inlet valve was next. Icemaker was made in China. Next time I'm curious the price and what country made it. Seems to last 5-7 years. You gotta have it. Satisfied customer! I'm getting really good at changing these out!
