Exactly what I needed at a good price and quick delivery.

RECEIVED WILL NOT FIT RETRUN LEFT MESSAGES TWICE HAVE NOT HERD FROM ANYONE

I placed my order online and even paid a small fee for them to expedite my order. When I clicked on the order confirmation a few days later, it showed they had printed the label but it hadn't shipped. When I emailed them, they replied "the part is on order until next week, do you still want it?" It has since then allegedly shipped and I asked about the expediting fee, and got no reply. I haven't received my part yet but I won't be ordering from them again if I can help it. Poor Customer Service/Communication.

Customer service is horrible. They take days to respond. They are refusing to allow me to return a part that wasn't even used.

They always get the parts shipped out quickly and the parts I have gotten from them so far have been excellent. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Easily found the heating element I needed for my dryer. Received item quickly and have already repaired my dryer. All within a week from ordering to repairing.

I've been waiting for several days to receive my part. This is the second part I ordered since the first one failed in my dryer. I'm going to replace it then contact the Parts Discount on why the part failed after just a couple months.

One out of the four jenn air igniters odered was faulty. I had to order a fifth to replace it.

My dishwasher upper rack failed when the plastic guide broke in several places. We found the part online with Partsdiscount and ordered. The parts arrived within a couple of days...much to our surprise. We were able to make the repair, however, it would have been quicker if we had been provided some instruction along with the parts. Now no more handwashing!
