I've never had a bad experience with Park. This purchase was the cheapest "excellent" condition price I could find for the lens I was after. It arrived the next working day, despite me only going for the standard delivery option.

If your camera kit is in reasonable condition (has not been abused cosmetically and is in good working order) then Park will quote a price and do most of the work of arranging shipment on your behalf. My experience is that packing your kit to receiving cash can take as little as 7 working days. A word about quotes: do not be afraid to compare competitive quotes. Other quotes may be better or worse. Maybe it's down to brand preference (I really do not know). You might get a better deal on eBay but I think you have to weigh up the advantages of Park's fuss free deal process and ease of telephone/email access to friendly and helpful staff.

I have both purchased and traded camera equipment before with Park Cameras. This week I obtained quotes for trading in some micro 4/3 equipment. Not only did this company give me the most favourable prices (I sought quotes for the same items from 3 other companies) but they handled the whole process with no undue delay from the initial courier picked (all I had to do was drop off the equipment suitably boxed and labelled at my nearest Post Office) and await confirmation from Park. From that point every aspect of the process was expedited very quickly. It's taken less than one working week and quotes accepted payment will be made in the next 48 hours. Brilliant service. I do not hesitate to recommend Park Cameras they are fair, fast and professional.

Quick delivery and great quality backdrop paper

Small occlusion in my 45yr old 8x32 leica binos so replaced by 10x25 Trinovid compact. Startling upgrade of the superb old model (above) Ordered on a Sunday and secured delivery on the Monday to the minute as promised . What else can one say!!

Love the camera- it's exactly what I wanted. It was a refurbished model and in excellent condition. Very pleased with the options presented by Park Cameras.
There was a delay with DPD delivering the camera and I felt their communication was poor despite having the app. The time kept getting pushed back, and then the delivery didn't happen, so a wasted day for me.
