I ordered a strep for my camera, whilst the strap technically is ok, it took 10 days to arrive. Now I’m sure they will blame the Royal Mail (sent 2nd Class so 5-7 working days), maybe rightly so, but in this day and age that is too long when the item was in stock and only needed to be sent directly to me.

Paid for next day delivery, ended up taking considerably longer with no correspondence and had to take a hit on a booking for the delayed equipment. To then receive a very informal customer service reply.

Ordered a used wide angle lens for a Sony Alpha dslr over the bank holiday weekend. It arrived the next day after the bank holiday! It was very well packed. The lens is in great condition, especially considering it’s a somewhat older lens at a good price. In all, a great online experience and I have every reason to recommend ParkCameras. Thank you.

Park Cameras were absolutely great. Very quickly valued the cameras we wanted to sell and answered all our questions along the way. Arranged for a DPD pick up, which happened very swiftly and inspected the items we had sent within 48 hours; some of the items were even given a higher valuation then they originally said - which we thought was fantastic. We accepted the quote and money was in our account within 24 hours. The Used team (in particular Andy) have been fantastic throughout and we cannot fault the service received throughout the process. Great company to deal with.

I really can’t speak highly enough about the service I have received from Park Cameras. I wasn’t completely sure which lens I needed, so I emailed for advice and I got an immediate and very helpful reply (some companies take days to get back to email requests). I placed my order late afternoon and received my lens the very next day. It is a used lens but for all purposes looks brand new, it was in immaculate condition. Would highly recommend this company to other photographers.
