Agent was helpful but was slow in providing information about filling out Profile. I had to ask about it. Insurance as suggested was too expensive. Lots of other less expensive options available. Agent could have been more helpful in researching other options. Overall, agent was pleasant and available.

Today we booked a cruise on Explora through Panache via Nicola Tempest. This is actually our second time using this company and I must say it was lovely to have the same agent. Nicola is so easy to talk to extremely knowledgeable and happy to share her own cruise experiences. She goes that extra mile to make sure we we happy with our booking at the best price available.

Having done my research on the cruise I wanted to go on, I made sure I did the same regarding the agency and Panache Cruises consistently came out top. From the first contact I could see why. Helen came straight back to me and the communication was excellent. We changed our original plans to spend more time before and after the cruise in Barcelon/Rome and Helen made personal recommendations which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend Panache and we will be using their services for all future cruises.

Nicola is knowledgeable, professional and with a lovely friendly manner. She has great attention to detail, and is exceptional in her management from booking the cruise, until after you return home after the holiday.
We have booked Explora Journey cruises with Nicola and Panache, and highly recommend them.

Let's start with the negatives. Nicola works too hard! But on a serious note a credit to the company. I have booked a few cruises with Nicola now, and saying am beyond satisfied is an understatement.Extremely knowledgeable and some one who genuinely cares about your cruise experience from start to finish.if I was some one with friends I would not hesitate to recommend it's a shame am a loner.

I originally contacted Catherine simply to book a cruise. I certainly wasn’t planning to book the whole holiday through one person! But Catherine listened so carefully to what I wanted, understood the kind of trip we were looking for, and came back with such a good and well thought-out proposal that, in the end, I happily booked everything with her — the cruise, business class flights, hotels and all our private transfers.

Catherine is a genuinely excellent salesperson. She has that rather rare ability to listen to her client rather than simply trying to sell. She quickly understood what was important to me, was patient when I considered different options, and always came back with sensible suggestions and very competitive prices. I never felt pressured — quite the opposite, I felt that she was genuinely trying to find the right solution for us.

She has also been an absolute pleasure to deal with: warm, responsive, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the whole process.

I think the greatest compliment I can give Catherine is that I came to her intending to buy just a cruise and ended up trusting her with our entire holiday. That wasn’t my original plan at all — she simply earned my confidence.

There was no long wait for someone to answer the phone. I immediately was speaking to a person and not a machine. Jack was then very attentive and worked hard to meet all my hopes. His follow up since I confirmed the booking has been very helpful and professional. A good start to booking the cruise !

I had the pleasure of chatting with Rob (Robert Ledsham). Traveling to French Polynesia has always been on my bucket list but I always thought was never obtainable on my budget!
