Wendy and Rob have been so wonderful to deal with. I had too many questions and they were both patient with me throughout the whole process. At first I was hesitant to book with Panache but they both made me feel secure and I felt the sincerity and trust so I went ahead and booked. I even referred 3 other couples to cruise with me and we are now a group of 8 paid happy cruisers, thanks so much !!!!

We have booked 2 cruises with this company.
I am not impressed with the latest booking service! The agent was not knowledgeable about Explora OBC or any credits. The overall impression was that they only want the commission from the cruise company and not about looking after the customer.

Nicola was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. She made the booking experience very easy and straightforward. I would use Panache again

The time came for us to make a cruise booking, albeit not for another 15 months. As usual, I contacted a couple of our usual agents to compare prices. Only Georgia Redmond at Panache Cruises responded (promptly) and with an exceptional price as well. We completed the booking with her (very well deserved) and the rest of the formalities were completed quickly and efficiently. Only our second booking with Panache, but they are showing the others a thing or two, for sure.

Excellent customer service and truly a custom made trip. Very easy process and quick responses & Jill was very understanding of our wishes and has accommodated them very well.
