first O2 generator was bad-vibrating severely & sound. promptly sent a replacement which is A+.

Very responsive to my questions and received the concentrator the same week.

This is my 4th reconditioned concentrator purchase from these folks. The one I recieved failed in less than a week. No problem, they sent another with a return label and I shipped the old one back. QED.

Oxy concentrator arrived without the plastic tubing and nose piece. Oxygenplus ignored my notice of deficiency and to this day has not supplied the missing part.

Our car charger cord was not working and they replaced it right away with no problems. Grateful for the great service.

I bought a eclispe 5 from this company. The day it arrive I contacted them saying I didn't know how to turn it on. Never heard back from them on any of my emails. Sent a battery that won;t hold a charge.
I am Very unhappy with this company and will never buy from them again,

The Unit (concetrate/compressor) is producing oxygen levels below specs. (about 60% oxygen/other). Need to find out what need scorrecting.

Oxygen Medical went way out of their way to correct the issue for me. My concentrator is repaired now and running like new.

I DID NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, WHEN THE ITEMS SHOW'D UP, THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE FOR MY SYSTEM..No info on box or letter stating what this was for..No phone number for follow up..Just return address on box..NEVER EVER USING THEM AGAIN, I NOW HAVE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT USABLE..
