Placed an order via google HHH web site to get a new battery in one Signia hearing aide, Turn around time regular USPS mail 1.5 weeks, communicated via e-mail works well even added a new cuff. Very professional job. Looks like new same S/N. I will use this battery replacement service again when needed.Regarsds,

The front desk nervous lady was not friendly at all. No friendly greetings! When I first entered and first thing she said to me “just a minute!” I thought huh???? And Kim treated me like I am wrong. So is that how U treat ur customers, that customers are wrong? Another thing Kim treated my husband as a 2 year child that he needs to “SHARE” candies. Again is that how U treat ur customers? I don’t think that is even funny at all. I remember that Kim used to be funny. What did we do wrong to deserve that???😢

Never received the order . I am currently checking with USPS but sadly did not get much help from your company. I even paid extra for priority shipping.

They repaired one of my hearing aids that had static quickly and cost effectively.

This is a follow up to a previous rating. I had a great deal of trouble making my order therefore i gave a low rating. Hears staff contacted me to see if they could help me out. They did help and followed up several times. I received the charger and everything is good. Extra thanks. Please remove my previous rating.

You got my product here in 7 days inspite of snow.

Wrong product sent. Followed return instructions but UPS couldn’t deliver because no one was there.

It was my first time ordering from their site and it was unclear which charger would work for my hearing aids. I ordered the one that I thought would work based on the information given. Again, I had never bought a replacement charger before, so I could only go with the information given on their site. The charger did not fit my hearing aids, so I reached out to their customer service about returning it. It cost me $45 to return a product that I could not and did not use. $20 on shipping both ways and $25 on restocking and credit card fees. None of this was explained to me ahead of time by their site, unless I expressly clicked on and read their return policy, or their customer service rep after I reached out to them. I could have exchanged it for the correct one, but would have been charged extra fees because of my error on the original order AND still have to pay to return the original charger. The entire process was confusing and frustrating.

The website purchase was smooth and easy. Although a slightly different product was accidentally shipped, they immediately—on the same day I notified them—sent the correct item, even before I returned the original. They also provided a prepaid return shipping label.

This is the first time I’ve experienced this level of quick and effortless customer service. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, gracious, and kind. The replacement item arrived promptly and is perfect—I love it!
