Incredible company to deal with, the customer service excellent. Cannot say enough praise. I had purchased a refurbished machine online and they called next day to say they were sorry they had sold out on model I ordered. They actually upgraded my model for same price and was delivered next day, Even included an extra battery as my original purchase, which was sent later cause they were out of them. Cannot say enough good about this company and the equipment is so easy to use, my 93 year old Mom is free to play her bingo at our Assisted Living with no fuss. We’re so happy.

I purchased a refurbished Oxygen concentrator. It did not work when I received it

We ordered online and had shipped to my brother as we do not live in the area...we just visit. The order was processed and received quickly. My brother said the refurbished oxygen concentrator was in great condition.

USEFUL ITEM, SHIPPED QUICKLY AND VERY CONVENIENT NOT HAVING EXTRA HOSE DRAGGING. BUT I THOUGHT THE POSTAGE TOO COSTLY.

When I ordered my adapter, I inadvertently entered an inaccurate mailing address. I called the company, and Justin, your representative, quickly, kindly, and accurately corrected the problem, and I received my order.

I ordered products for 2 different addresses. I paid for them out of the same account. One small delivery to the second address never made it despite being notified that it was delivered. I did not call the company yet because I have not had time to address the issue.

This is my second concentrator ,I’ve already enjoyed breathing better , I am glad I got the extra quiet package the machine is perfect easy to use .

The experience went very well. I found most of the things I needed however I couldn't find a 25 foot tubing to put behind my oxygen which made it un-use fall to put my oxygen where it needed to go. I have only a night time need for oxygen now and I don't need to put my the concentrator in the room next to me, so I put it in the basement where it does more good.

FAST service, well packaged and the product looked brand new. I'm very satisfied.
