Oxford Biolabs utilizes top quality ingredients from proven suppliers based in Germany or Switzerland. Normally, cheaper ingredient suppliers source their ingredients from China, which are much cheaper. While at the same time these suppliers do not adhere to the same high-quality standards as our suppliers, and, in overall, the quality of such ingredients is questionable.
It may be possible to purchase each ingredient separately at a cheaper price, but the effectiveness of TRX2 in particular results from a specific approach and trials that we have conducted internally, and believe that this specific formulation provides the best possible result for our customers. Keep in mind that higher concentration is not always better, what matters is the blend of ingredients mixed in a specific formulation and delivered in a specific dosage. Moreover, our competitors often press their supplements into tablets, which is also cheaper. Oxford Biolabs believes that capsules are a more effective delivery format, which helps to preserve the original quality of each single ingredient as well as of the entire TRX2 complex.
Also, our production is based in Germany, meaning that all of the EU specific regulations are complied with in terms of sourcing and production quality and the effectiveness of the whole formula. These regulations are one of the toughest to meet in the entire world, making sure that our customers receive the best possible quality. We don't outsource production outside the EU, which would definitely cheapen the production, but would have a potentially negative impact on the quality of our products.
Lastly, Oxford Biolabs, as a company investing in scientific research and innovation, has a higher cost compared to simple "vitamin mixers"

Delivery from Royal Mail was poor.
Given 2 separate dates for delivery, which we sat at home awaiting. Eventually, arrived on third day which we were not advised about.
To be honest, we are sick of their delivery advice.

Very difficult to order shampoo outside of the normal renewal cycle.
Unable to reclaim loyalty points.

Even with my persistence, Oxford Biolabs customer service has been inept
After more than 10 interactions with Oxford Biolabs customer service, I canceled my subscription for Melaniq. Customer Service has been unable to help me update my credit card information. I have not been able to update that information on my own. Their system keeps being unable to save my information. I called my bank, and they tell me it is Oxford Biolabs' system problem.

I am rating the recent product I purchased, nothing to do with others, which I happily use for years. I bought 3month supply of DRM4 for aging skin. After a month or so, I started having allergic reaction around my nose and mouth. It stopped straight after I finished the course. Didn’t noticed big difference in skin, but more for the hair strength and growth. Will go back to my fav Immune+.

It is very likely that you experienced an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in DRM4 and we are sorry to hear that.
According to EU regulation 1169/2011, the most frequent triggers of allergies and food intolerances are gluten, crustacean shellfish, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, lupines and molluscs. The DRM4® formula and its ingredients per se contain soy. In addition, traces of major allergens may not be excluded due to the fact that the equipment used for encapsulation at our manufacturing plant is also used for the production of other products, which may contain traces of major allergens.
It is very favourable that you stopped the intake of DRM4.
On the other hand, we are very pleased to know that you are satisfied with our Immune+ food supplement. Hope it goes well.
