I pre ordered an item.Having paid and waited for it the wrong item was delivered.It hadn’t been checked before being sent out.The item I ordered is no longer available apparently.I then had to wait in for the wrong item to be picked up.I’m waiting for a refund presently .The original order was placed on 27th June .

We did suffer an inventory issue with this table with our supplier, and we did work hard to source more of them, but it was a difficult situation as the supplier we use for Zempire no longer represents or distributes that brand.
I did check and see the table you received was collected today, therefore, I have refunded your account

Great experience with super fast delivery [even though I paid extra] as it arrived next day. Originally spoke with staff member an hour before placing order to ascertain stock levels and how quickly items could be delivered. Not yet used the items so unable to comment on those yet. Price wise, similar to competitors.
