Good price and quick processing. Unfortunately, one of the products i purchased (a houdini wool/tencel training top) was shipped to me with an alarm magnet attachement (the thing that triggers alarms if you try to steal it in a shop) attached.

I contacted customer service but their response was for me to send it back to them to have it removed. No compensation or anything.

To save time, I went to a Houdini store and they helped me remove the alarm after I had explained the situation. They also told me that their recommendation is to nor put such an alarm in this kind of fabric since it leaves a hole which may tear over time.

No good ex.l spended the Christmas in another place than I live in. I ordered a present to mi wife to this temporary adres .I didnt get the product before we left this adress(it took 3days to deliver) Now I have to solv it with :Klarna and order it again so I am not to happy

Exceptionally fast delivery and service. All return labels included but I have not yet needed to return anything I have bought from them.

I can gladly recommend Outdoorexperten. It is easy to find what you are searching for and the delivery was extremely quick.

The design of the coat is very good but I'm not happy about the shopping experience at all. I paid more than 4000kr to buy a coat but it's not brand new... When I received the coat, I found no product information tag on it and the collar is dirty. I don't know the previous story about this coat but I'm quite sure it's not a new one. I really need it in a hurry so I have to accept it. In general, this is not a good shopping experience.

I ordered shoes, the quality was good but the delivery was delayed (8 days instead of 4-5 days) and I could not wait so I returned the shoes.

It’s a great company with good customer care. But everything is digitized which makes it hard to change their supply chain. For the customers it means the their will not be any possibility to make an exception (if you need one day more to think of the product you’ve ordered). But overall very good.
