OTP Bank 

This bank will remove all acces from your account, including transactions and card payments, when your ID expires.

I was shocked to see I was no longer able to access my money and make payments on the day my ID expired.

Any other bank just notified me to update my details as soon as possible but didn't remove acces to my funds altogether.

What a huge red flag.

Thankfully my liquid assets are with other banks. What a terrible bank.

Communication got very bad.
They had one of the best mobile banking apps, you could log in and see all accounts and how much money you have. In the new version as of 2023-10-11, only 2 accounts ar shown and credit cards and cards are not shown, not even on see more. Several clicks are needed now each time to check available balance. I reported this to them but the response was that the information is there but now needs several clicks. After this I tried to request a daily limit change and was ignored for days. Called on the phone and was 1st in line yet still had to wait over 10 minutes for an answer. The call went mute and could not hear. The person was nice though and called me back with indications where to send the request and promised to prioritize it. As a business owner it is not acceptable to wait over 4 days for a simple answer to a simple question.
