This bank is literally the worst ive…

This bank is literally the worst ive seen.
They let creditcard fraud through their systems (i had to get my money back with other services, because raiffeissen didnt help at ANY point!!) and lock the card at SELF SIGNED payments because "miscelaneous charges".

What a shit company

This thieving bank should be bypassed…

This thieving bank should be bypassed forever. It transferred money to a non-existent account even though it was my fault, but still they were not willing to transfer my money back to my account even after I requested a refund. I asked them personally and through my bank, and to this day, they have not been able to give me my money back, even though it was 170 euros, despite me providing all the necessary documents. I never want to have anything to do with this bank again. In today's digital age, this bank is at the bottom of the league table of banks. Be cautious about where you send your money, as there are thieves.

Horrendous customer support

Horrendous customer support. Wouldn't be helpful at all, not sending documents after saying they would. But the phone operator was crying so much about how she will lose her job, etc. Hire more people with common sense.

Very bad service i call few times and…

Very bad service i call few times and they say everytime we call back but ... Nothing happen, and about the loan they apply increasing tax rate completely out of the world. If you want to close before the loan they are not available to discount the tax rate on the capital ... Unbeliavable probably also against the european rules!!!

Choose a different bank

Closing my 70 year old mothers account for no apparent reason. Disgusting.
I can see why you have no social media, and no comments allowed on your social media. People would blast the truth of your incompetence and you would close down!!!

You should be ashamed!!!!

Worst banking experience in more than…

Worst banking experience in more than 25 years as working expat in 4 continents, including Africa. It is hard to fathom the incompetency and lack of interest of the bank in asssisting customer or solving issues. The fact that I have "Private Banking Privileges" makes me wonder what the ordinary customer gets. App is basically useless. I ultimately have to go to my local bank IN PERSON for the 3 procedures I need to do regularly.

Used raiffeisen bank ATM in kosovo. dollar convertion to euro is 91 euro per $100 got 84 euro plus 5 euro transaction fee. What a scam. Got 200 euros out i got charged 19 euros. I call it stealing from customer lossing 19 euros for taking out 200 that is crazy.

I have a salary account in raiffeisen…

I have a salary account in raiffeisen bank at Wagrain. As per my employer information they have deposited my salary on 10th of August ,to day 13th August till at this time I haven't yet received my salary.my other colleagues have received on 11th of August because they have different bank account.my question is if other banks can do fastest service why raiffeisen can't do it? At the moment I'm really depressed 😔.

Absolutely poor services

Absolutely poor services. They sent me a wire transaction in euros in North America from Europe and this bank or their chosen intermediate bank has unilaterally decided to convert the funds into local currency even though 1) they were specifically asked not to convert the said funds; and 2) the recipient account was in euros. Raiffeisen has refused to take any responsibility on this paid transaction that has resulted in a loss of 3% on the amount wired. I will never ever seek their services in the future!

Stay away from this corrupted bank (see story about "Linzer Terminal Tower"). They do their dirty business, but wont allow you to do some clean crypto transactions otherwise they will close your account, which happened to me.

I dont think so, there is always a problem nothing works properly, the people who work their are pri*ks, I cant even have apple pay because no one can help me, it's time to change the bank and leave this toxic energy out of my life, as if I have no other problems

Horrible

It is looks like people from across the world have issues with this company.
They offered me absolutely no solution when I lost my card while abroad. Ridiculous, they were telling me to come to an agency and sign up for a new card. They also said they can block my lost one but if it takes more than 24h to find it it will be blocked forever. W T F? They have high fees and their customer service might as well be provided by a crook who sold you a stolen phone. Its the same thing, untruthful, untrustworthy, only in it to take your money.
Avoid this horrible company, they are not worth your time and money.

Highly non recommended bank!

They do not care about their brunches, do not control them and do not consider any matters properly escalated to them.

Incompetent and unprofessional staff, useless and extremely slow customer service (according to their policies they answer to customers' complaint after (?!) 30 days! without addressing the exact issues!). They breach the local legacy without anyone there to care about that. Arrogantly lying with their fees (as provided in their contracts) and it the reality they charge their customers in a few times higher amounts!

Extremely dissatisfied based on my real and direct experience with them!
