Thrilled with my sofa from Oswald and Pablo; fabulous design, quality, expert construction, classy fabric. Extremely comfortable and complements and enhances my existing, eclectic furniture collection. Communication with O and P first rate. Friends coming to the house esp to see it and they love it. 100% recommendation from me and my whippet. Couriers brilliant too. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Beautiful to look at, but already the seat in the chair is sinking making the wood across the front very noticeable.this is not due to my weight I’m only ten stone. Would not recommend this product

I have ordered bespoke chairs. Love the fact that you can choose the fabric and finishes. The outcome is amazing. Love the chairs, they look Fab! Very good customer service and delivery was on time.

I am thrilled with the navy blue high back Chichester armchair that I purchased.
The craftsmanship is excellent and it is extremely comfortable to sit in. I am more than pleased to recommend Oswald & Pablo.

During the ordering process the communication with Oswald and Pablo was brilliant in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The delivery was within the time frame that was given and the delivery guys were great.
The product is perfect for our lounge and we would definitely recommend the company to friends.

It was very easy to order with O&P, and I felt confident that I was buying a good product. The sofas look nice, although some of the detail like the silver buttoning down the front I wasn’t keen on, as well as the legs, which we have now changed. Unfortunately the seats are very hard too, so we will be replacing the insides of the sofa cushions to make them more comfortable. All in all they are good value for money.

What an amazing service and the quality of the product speaks for itself. I did blow my budget with this purchase but it was so worth it!! Thanks guys

We visited the factory to discuss our requirements and the advice that Nicole provided was not only extremely open and honest but was also invaluable in helping us to make decisions on the final look of our settee.
We were informed of the delivery date and the two delivery guys Ryan & Craig were brilliant not only in getting the settee into our lounge ( which was a struggle due to the actual size the settee) but in ensuring that everything built and positioned perfectly.
We would definitely recommend Oswald & Pablo and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future

Received my beautiful wingback chair today - the customer service is excellent - the delivery drivers were so friendly and helpful and gave me a precise time they would be here and they stuck to it.

Thank you O&P for such a lovely couch, it looks beautiful and the design quality is top notch, exactly what we wanted. Delivery was brilliant - a big thank you to Craig and Ryan, who were super friendly and very competent at getting a large couch through a relatively narrow door! Can't recommend enough.

The chair was delivered within the lead time by a very friendly team who took the chair upsatirs not just to the doorstep without being asked.

We ordered our two sofas from Oswald & Pablo who are a family owned business. We order patchwork chesterfields. One two seater and one three seater. The order was processed, our sofas were made to perfection and I love the gold thread that runs through much of the fabrics that is part of our sofas. This we could not see on the website.

The delivery was excellent with courteous and helpful delivery men who removed packaging and attached the feet.

We are delighted with the quality of the sofas and with the process from ordering to delivering. I could always reach someone on the phone with queries within a couple of rings. This is not something I could have done with the big national sofa retailers.

OUR CONRAD CHAIRS.
Whilst searching for some new furniture for our kitchen I came across Oswald & Pablo.
I wanted a traditional look with a modern twist and loved the look of the Conrad Collection. I wanted to see some sample furniture before I ordered so contacted Nicole who could not have been more helpful. We visited the team on site and even met Oswald, the most gorgeous dog with an impressive helicopter tail.
The quality and build were fantastic so I ordered there and then.
My furniture was ready in 6 weeks, was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Communication was spot on from order to my delivery day.
The whole process from start to finish was brilliant and I am absolutely thrilled with the end result.

We were looking for 2 Chesterfield sofas and searched online. Came across Oswald & Pablo who had good reviews.
Looked at their site but so many choices we decided to visit the factory.
Whilst there we saw all the samples and examples of the sofas, there were many to choose from and it was well worth the visit. We were given good advice and explanations of the different leathers and materials and finally made our choice. Everyone in this busy working factory was happy and pleasant to take time to show us around.
After choosing our bespoke sofas we were told the lead time would be 6 to 8 weeks and were contacted to arrange delivery.
The sofas arrived and are spectacular, exactly what we wanted, well made with quality materials. The delivery men were very careful when installing them in our lounge and placed them where we wanted.
To say we are happy is an understatement, we are more than happy with the whole process from beginning to end. Also very well priced compared with some other companies out there.

Do not hesitate to buy, Oswald and Pablo Chesterfields are immeasurably better than the photographs. You just cannot pick up upon the high quality of fabric and finish. I have never seen a Chesterfield like it.

The service is also exemplary and what an incredibly rare find. I was so very pleased to be able to buy a quality, authentic British product manufactured right here in the UK.
Don't forget to check their stock items either.

Received my settee and cuddle chair a few weeks ago and absolutely love it everyone comments how lovely they look. They are so comfortable so we have now ordered a foot stool to complete our room. Highly recommend this Company the delivery was perfect.
