I bought a sofa from Oswald and Pablo which was delivered on 23/08/2022. The sofa did not ressemble the online picture and was also uncomfortable. I initially thought about swapping for another one but decided against it and requested a refund and return of the sofa within days of receiving it. The company stated that they will charge me a 25% restocking fee which come to £480 for a £1795 sofa
They are adamant they will charge this. The sofa has not be collected yet. I previously bought a sofa with them before and had a really good experience so fuming they behave in that manner.Update they are now refusing to collect the sofa.This company has zero customers service and should be avoided at all cost.

Excellent quality furniture & great service from start to finish.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was great, the armchair looks elegant and the overall service was excellent.

The furniture is excellent. It looks amazing and is of a high quality. From placing the order I was kept informed. The gentlemen who delivered were very courteous and efficient. I will definitely recommend them and I will buy from them in the future

I am very pleased with the chair I ordered. I was apprehensive with it being online and not being able to see the chair before I bought it. However I need not have worried. I have no complaints. If I had any criticism it would be that there were no pictures of the chair I ordered in the material i chose. This might help other customers going forward If it were available.

I am always a little nervous purchasing large items online, however Oswald & Pablo have certainly secured my trust. The delivery was on time, and with a very helpful (and patient) driver.

The chaise longue itself is incredibly sleek, sturdy and of great quality. The velvet is reminiscent of clapping a thoroughbred race horse. It is certainly eye catching and silky soft. The material on the inside, is sturdy and as you’d expect from a professionally built piece of furniture.

I am truly happy with my purchase and dealings with all at Pablo & Oswald!

New sofas delivered today well within manufacturing time frame and almost spot on time that delivery drivers advised me off earlier this morning. Still friendly and smiling despite heat and 4am start with trip to Bournemouth first. Sofas look great, but will look even better when old ones picked up….thank you to Nicole and her colleagues, glad we made the trip from Northamptonshire to Manchester.

Fantastic service, firms own delivery men were friendly, helpful and courteous. The suite came a few weeks earlier than expected. The suite itself is stunning, by far the most beautiful thing I have ever bought I love it. SO I FOUND THIS ABSOLUTLEY STUNNING PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT IS NOT ONLY COMFY, BUT STANDS OUT IN THE CROWD AND IS ADMIRED FROM ALL THAT COMES TO VISIT. FROM PURCHASE TO DELIVERY OSWALD AND PABLO WERE NOT ONLY POLITE AND CURTIOUS BUT KEPT US INFORMED OF DELIVREY AND WHEN IT CAME THEY REMOVED THE PACKAGING AND TOOK IT ALL AWAY WITH THEM THANKING US FOR OUR PURCHASE ON THEIR WAY OUT. I was really impressed with the quality of the Chesterfield sofa. I loved the fact that you could personalise the sofa by choosing the fabric, feet and the colour of the studs. The delivery took about 7 weeks (which is fantastic compared to the larger companies). The delivery guys were amazing and put the sofa exactly where I wanted them to. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.
