Had two beautiful chairs delivered but no legs - a month on, legs have been sent and I can enjoy these lovely chairs

I received delivery in September of a sofa and I absolutely love it! The quality of workmanship is outstanding. A beautiful statement piece unlike anything else I could find. Delivery drivers were total superstars when it really didn't want to go through the door and I'm so grateful to them for persevering to get it in for me. 100% recommend this company

Was a fantastic experience, from visiting the factory in Bury to look at the sofas being made to taking delivery of 2 two seater sofas just before Christmas. The sofas are absolutely beautiful, they look very good quality and I can easily imagine me havng them for the next 10-15 years as the quality of the workmanship is fantastic. So glad I bought from a local UK firm.

My original purchase was for a single seater sofa . After the renovations ,my Snug required a 2 seater sofa so I contacted the Company and requested if they could change the order even though it was customised.
They informed me it was not a problem and 12 weeks later the two seater arrived

I purchased a sofa for my new home but unfortunately the sale fell through, customer service was excellent with regards to holding on to the sofa until I was able to accept delivery.
