For a year and 4 months they have taken money from my account they werent entitled to. I have wasted several months arguing with them and they are all extremely rude, shout at you, do not try to help you and hang up on you. They could not care less! This company is only in existence to steal your money!! Avoid them!!!!!! That includes Amena, JAzztel, Orange; they are all the same company and you will get caught up in the internal nonsense of Orange. This company needs a lot of lessons in service provison!!!!

No puedo recomendar Orange

I can not recommend this company.

They added third party services (PlayUp) to my account without my consent. This resulted in additional cost which they did not payed back.

During the process of reclamation they were not helpful at all. The customer service is very bad and not responsive.

I think it says all when a company has no official Email address for complains.

Keep your hands from this provider!

Worst crap ever

Worst crap ever. Stay far away!

I was a customer, and when leaving France I tried to stop my phone. I called them many times. Nothing. I went to their shop. Nothing. I send them a recommended letter with the formal termination notification. Nothing!

They keep sending me bills, now 6 months after my bank has blocked their attempt to keep stealing money from me.

Worst mobile company specially in Egypt

Worst mobile company ever specially in Egypt ... My wife activated the roaming service when we were travelling to the UK ... However, we discovered it was not working so were not able to use the line for 3 months, and they took the opportunity to take ownership of the line ... What is more is that they are lying about it claiming roaming was on ... What a disgraceful company! Even the Egyptian consumer protection agency (National Telecom Regulatory authority) could not help in the face of such corruption!

Orange have become EE but are still trading...with their old customers.

Having had a bill £105 dearer than my monthly plan...I called Orange, only to be greeted by rude staff in an Indian call centre. They were confrontational and extremely unhelpful. The whole scenario is a joke.

I’m sure they don’t care that I’ve given poor feedback but Ofcom might?!

It’s an ongoing ‘open’ complaint.

Issue continues cannot believe how I have been treated by Orange

Dear Sirs,
I did not receive any reply to my email which I have sent on the 29th October 2017 and therefore I have to use this platform again.
I hope you will have a look into the issue which still continues as I cannot believe how I have been treated by Orange.
I think you should know the performance about your service department which is a disaster. And unfortunately it makes no difference if you call
the German/English or Spanish speaking Service. It seems do not have any records of incoming calls and problems form your customer or Orange Service is not interested.
With all the issues I had with the landline not working at our apartment with the landline number 951xxxxx and did not any result to my
satisafaction therefore I had to get via Trustpilot.
After my reports and x amount of calls I had Christian (Manager) finally at the phone. He told me I should stop to call as he received a bad result of his customer service regarding my complaints. My issue could easily solved by my first call.
After Christian told me Orange is not able to solve the issue with the landline I had to find quickly a new provider. By this time I already lost
3 weeks for payment of my work as I could not work. Finally Christian offered me to cancel the contract free of charge and the previous
customer service agents told me I do not get charged for the month.
To ensure that the contract is cancelled because I never received an email with a confirmation or form to fill in, I asked my friend to call as she
speaks spanish. On the phone the Spanish Customer Service Team told her that the contract is cancelled and all good.
Wrong! I have seen on my bank account you took money for a service you did not provide. Shocking, all the promises gone.
We called again the english speaking Customer Service to find out whats going on and the reference number for our second account to ensure we decline the correct amount. We have done it to find out we received the wrong information and Orange disconnect the internet which
caused a big issue for our business.
We called again and now we have paid 2 times the same amount. Landline Number 9514xxxxxxx.
In a nutshell you have to fullfill the promise which have given as a compensation for the stress I had and not able for 3 weeks. Additonal I had to find a another provide to step in quickly and they solved the issue not problem.
Furthermore you take money for a service you do not provide. Customer Service Agents they are not able to give us the correct information.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
Kind regards
Kordula

The sell USED phones as NEW!

I ordered my phone from Orange Online Store, and the order was apparently filled by Expansys. They broke the law by sending me a USED phone I ordered a NEW phone!
They did accept giving me a refund, but declined they had done anything wrong, and I would only be getting the refund if I sent the phone back first.
I was not about to gamble on this, as they'd already showed a blatant disregard of their responsibility and the law.

These companies, Orange and Expansys should not be allowed to operate, and I strongly that you avoid them at all cost!

VERY unprofessional company

on the 29.november I ordered a phone from orange.dk website with .dk extention and danish text and currency.
Short after ordering the phone, I received an email in english "order Acknowledgement" and the day after I received an in danish "Bekræftelse af adresse" asking me to send a copy of social security card to a company that I have not heardof before (expansys) In my mind that could only be fraud or fishing so I called there hotline and was prompted by an english speaking person, that confirmed that they needed to confirm who I am and that they use expansys to do that.
I was told that it was ok to send an email with order no, to this person I was speaking to so she could see my email info, so I just copyed the danish mail with my order no. and send it to her. days after I received and Email in english asking me to translate the mail i have send in order for them to answer my question.
After speaking with them again and again, I received an email that my card was rejected ! and I needed to reorder. again I called them to sort out the problem, and agreed to transfer to there acount.
over 14 days after ordering I received a wrong phone.
after calling them again I was asked to send them some pictures of the the phone and the the manager will look at it. I send the pictures and received a confirmation that the received it. 3 days later I call to hear the result, and was told that the were waiting on me to send the picture ! I told them that i had send them 3 days ago, and received a confirmation, but he replied that this email was just a automail send to me. I send the pictures again and call them 1hrs later to confirm that they received it. There were received and because I spoke in a blont way, they would speed up my case.
today 19. December I still have no heard anything from them.
I just wanted to order a phone using my visa card and hoped to receive it a couple of day later, but boy was I wrong. hope I receive it before christmas as It is a gift.
UPDATE 22-12-2015 :
I spoke one again with there customerservice, and she told me that my case was accepted as shipping error from them, and I needed to return the phone, before they would send me another one. The returnshipping should be allow up to 10 working days, and them god know how many weeks to send me a new one, So now I asked for a refund, and the send me a pickup document with the wrong adress, and it can not be changed, so Now I have to call DHL to change adress, if it is possible. !!

If you chose to buy from orange, GOOD LUCK, you need it.

Poor effort

I feel two stars is a little generous, but one is too harsh...consider this a 1.5 star!

I changed two years ago to an Orange contract after recommendations from friends and family. I was pretty impressed; I managed to bag myself a £15pm contract and phone for just £10pm - all because I was a student!

HOWEVER, one year ago my contract phone broke - fairly unacceptable considering it was only halfway through the contract! So I popped into the local shop (now EE) and after an unhelpful call to customer service from the shop, they said that the only way to solve the problem was to get an early upgrade - which would cost me £20+pm, which I was not willing to pay! I said this wasn't really acceptable seeing as the phone they had supplied wasn't really up-to-scratch, but they were pretty inflexible and didn't really seem to be making an effort to be helpful.

Having also been charged extortionately for going slightly over the terms of my contract, I asked to leave - but the get-out fee was the same price as the remaining price of the contract (i.e. 12 x £10.50). Feeling that I might as well pay them for their service rather than for nothing, I begrudgingly stayed for the remaining twelve months - paying a monthly fee for a phone which had expired only halfway through the contract.

I am glad to leave.
