absolutely the worst client service…

absolutely the worst client service ever, I had many tehcincal problems and after moving to another provider they stopped my contract but the keep charging my bank account. The client service via chat NEVER WORKS and after couple of hours of waiting sending me automatic messages without any help

Amazing experience

It was very easy to switch from my old provider to hey. I received the sim card the next day and the phone number activation was instantaneous.

I live in Ghent and I have 5G everywhere (speeds are also very fast). VoLTE and VoWiFi is also supported and works very well.
