I ordered a pair of Tom ford glasses and they came the next day! They were also good quality and SUPER cheap in comparison to what I should have paid for them, if I had bought them in my own country:)

I bought two pairs of sunglasses from Bassol Optic (Celine and Tom Ford). The one from Celine took longer to arrive, but it was already mentioned when I placed my order so I was aware of it. On top of that, someone from Bassol Optic emailed me to update me on the order status whitout me even asking - which was greatly appreciated! Both sunglasses arrived in perfect condition with a nice packaging. Everything looks like on the pictures. The price is so worth it - I would definitely order from them again and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Bassol Optic 🫶🏼

Absolutely amazing company I was a little apprehensive but am so glad I took the plunge and ordered my perscription sunglasses from these lovely people, they were a lot cheaper than uk prices my glasses are authentic ysl and are beautiful, so many compliments, they were so prompt keeping me updated all the way and received them within a week highly recommend these guys 😎

I strongly do not recommend this company.
I placed an order with them, but when I tried to contact them regarding the return and refund process, I received no response at all. I have tried to reach them several times, but they have completely ignored my messages and have not provided any return instructions or any proper customer support.
This kind of behaviour is extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, it feels very suspicious and misleading. A legitimate company should respond to customers, provide clear return information, and respect consumer rights.
I am still waiting for a proper response and a full refund. If they continue to ignore my request, I will escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
Based on my experience, I would never buy from this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

AVOID this company !
I ordered x2 pairs of sunglasses to compare colours . They arrived within 2 on days on 17/6 , I decided instantly what pair I wanted to keep so emailed the company on 17/6 to ask for a returns authorisation … I heard nothing so after around 6 days I returned them myself via Royal Mail insured on 23/6 . I did this so they were returned with the 14 days as stated in their returns policy .
I then the next day received an emailed returns label from bassol
Optic, I notified them that I had already returned them only to be told they didn’t accept them via Royal Mail .
Bit late now as they were on route … they have arrived in Madrid customs and have been there since 25/6.
Bassol optic have advised me they will chase customs . It’s now 7/7 and I’m still waiting … and I’ve not heard anything ..
My last correspondence with bassol
Optic was 2/7. Which is currently 5 days ago .
My advice would be not to order if you are buying from the uk as they are shocking to deal with .
I’ve just logged it with my bank to claim a full refund as sadly I’ve given up hope of any contact from bassol
Optic .
The amount you save is not worth the hassle ! Order from pret a voir !! Much better company to deal with .

Hi Emma, we would like to remind you that your package is currently held at Madrid Customs because the provided return instructions were not followed and the shipment details were incorrect. Had it been handled according to the indicated process, your refund would already be completed. Our team has been working for days to resolve the customs clearance and, as we promised from the beginning, we will arrange a pickup if the issue ultimately cannot be resolved at customs

Purchasing glasses through Bassol Optic…
Purchasing glasses through Bassol Optic was seamless and accommodating. They mailed them to me in the states all the way from Europe. They also sent me personal emails regarding adjustments that needed to be made to my prescription/order. You could tell they cared. I’d recommend to anyone.
