I ordered a pair of sunglasses that, according to the website, were supposed to be delivered in May. It's now the beginning of July, and I've still received nothing.
I've reached out to customer service countless times, often waiting weeks for a response—if I got one at all. I requested to cancel my order five separate times before they finally processed the cancellation. Since May, I've probably sent around 50 emails and received only two replies.
The customer service is virtually non-existent. The prices may seem attractive, but you'll end up paying for it with your time, frustration, and patience. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.
Update 8 July: I was told I would be refunded and I'd have the money within 48 hours. I contacted my bank, and they haven't received a thing. That was 8 days ago. Still nothing.

Edit after reply: i sent you my first email on the 18th of June, plus another one on the 29th of June. No answer to both. I will send a third one, sure, but please check your records first, before writing around the Internet that you don't see any records, I even added the reference number of my booking here to facilitate the researches but you preferred the "customer is dumb" way. Another confirmation of how you poorly Deal with your customers.
I bought two pairs of glasses last year. One pair has been fine, but the second started developing issues that seem to be caused by low-quality or cheap materials used. Since they are still covered by the two-year warranty, I tried to contact the company for assistance.
Unfortunately, reaching them has been impossible. The purpose of this review is to warn future customers about the poor quality of the customer service and, hopefully, to get a response from Bassol Optic.

I ordered sunglasses nearly two months ago and they still haven't been sent. I have sent 15 emails asking for an order status or refund and have received responses but none answering my questions. Terrible customer service, and I still have no sunglasses and no refund.

I placed an order on June 16th, and today is June 30th. I have received neither my goods nor a refund. For two weeks, I have been emailing them daily, yet they consistently ignore my requests.
Now, after endless silence, they finally responded claiming they need to "investigate" and asking me to wait another 14–30 days for a refund. The reality is that they didn’t even ship my order because they were missing one item out of three. Instead of shipping the two available pairs and refunding the difference, they refuse to do anything. They won't ship, and they won't process a full refund.
My holiday plans are ruined, I am out 342 euros. This shop is completely unreliable and dangerous to deal with. Extremely disappointed and highly recommend avoiding this store at all costs!

Disappointing experience. It’s been over a week and they haven’t shipped the order yet. Lack of communication, had to send several emails to get a reply for an AI assistant. I’m in the process of cancelling it.

Delivery and item delivered fine. Returns impossible. I have contacted them through every available route to get a return label and am yet to receive a response. Complete joke. And now, despite a week of efforts the deadline for returns will pass and I will be stuck with sunglasses I no longer want. A shame because the rest of the service was actually good.

Don’t buy from this company if you leave abroad!!!! Nightmare regarding to the communication. Never again. Bought a pair of sunglasses miu miu model but don’t like them simple answer. Ask for return them, they reply almost week after, yes I had to wait almost one week to get answer to paid 32£ for return shipping label from Uk. No clearly information on their website about this nothing if I would have and I think other customers they prefer to order for bigger price in Uk other from them. Fortunately for me I went for post office and the lady told me if I want send them back because of their 14 days return policy I must to just filled correctly CN 22 form that this is „Return of Goods- Relief Claimed” that avoid them customs fees. Send them this information because I still have to covered 15£ postage cost and what they reply again that I must take their label. Nightmare.
I have already ask Klarna about help no transparent information from customer from Europ at all this one is case to ECK in case I will send all information how this company works

I bought myself a pair of sunglasses from Bassol Optic as a birthday gift. The shipping was incredibly fast, and my order arrived much sooner than I expected.
When the sunglasses arrived, there was an issue with them, so I contacted customer service right away. Francis responded incredibly quickly, and from that moment on, the service was outstanding.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I received a replacement pair, and I couldn't be happier with them!
A huge thank you to Francis and the entire Bassol Optic team for the fantastic customer service. The only thing I'm sad about is that they don't have a store in Belgium—I would definitely be a regular customer! Even so, this certainly won't be my last purchase from them.
I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend Bassol Optic!

I ordered my glasses on June 17th and specifically asked for them to be delivered by June 30th. I was assured that my order would be prioritized, but that clearly has not happened.
The glasses have still not even been shipped. I have also contacted customer service twice and have not received a single response.
This level of customer service is very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

At first I was hesitant to deal with a vendor I knew nothing about and being thousands of miles away I did some checking and they had good reviews It took a few days for them to acquire the glasses from their supplier Once they were in their hands the process was very fast Fed Ex delivered the glasses in about 5 days from Spain to California I will deal with this company again Great prices and fast shipping

I knew what frame I wanted. I tried the frame at a local store, then I asked AI whether there was a seller in Europe (frames are made in Germany) that sells the in USA. It pointed me to Bassol. I ordered through a US based point of sale app. which increased my confidence this would be a reputable shop, I already have an account with this point of sale app. Within a couple of days the item was shipped by fedex, I could track item to belgium then fed ex hub in memphis and finally here. Frames as expected at a great price ! I cannot ask for more.
