They shipped the wrong color sunglasses without consulting me because the color I ordered was out of stock. However, I’m still giving 2 stars because the customer service handled the issue quickly and professionally.

I was a tad sceptical when first…

I was a tad sceptical when first ordering as I’m wary of ordering from abroad. However, I had no reason to be. Service was excellent. Communication even better.

I’ve even ordered a second pair of sunglasses. They kept me fully and regularly informed about a slight delay with my order (late delivery from the manufacturer).

Very happy.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY😡😡😡

I purchased some Maui Jim sunglasses from this company that I was informed were in stock. They weren't sent so after about a week I emailed them and was informed by a AI bot that they might not be in stock & no delivery date is guaranteed. I emailed again and received this exact information on 2 more occasions before they put me through to human being. They were then sent the next day and received them in the UK 2 days later(fantastic) I opened the package and was very impressed with the sunglasses however one of the lenses had a oil/stain on the inside. I attempted to clean them but it was a permanent mark. I emailed this company to inform them on several email addresses that was given and heard nothing back for 3 days. I emailed again and finally a AI bot told me that a human would contact me. Later that day I received a video from this company of my sunglasses being checked and put into the Maui Jim box with a label attached before they were sent to me. The customer service agent refused me a return and replacement which I requested saying that as far as they were concerned the matter was closed. I paid over £200 for these sunglasses and am now stuck with a brand new pair of sunglasses where I'm unable to see through one lens. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR by BASOL OPTIC😡😡😡This company should be avoided at all costs. If I lived in Spain then id have a paid a visit to the company and this terrible customer service member of staff. I was basically classed as a liar when all I wanted was a return and replacement. AVOID😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very bad experience

Bad experience. I order glasses online before checking their reviews. Despite placing the order nearly a month ago, I have still not received any shipping or tracking information. I have also sent multiple follow-up emails to check on my order status. My first email was responded with info that the glasses are currently being manufactured, an important detail that was completely omitted and never mentioned at the time of my purchase. The other emails have been completely ignored. Their lack of communication and response is worrying so I decided me to cancel the order and get the refund but still no response so far.

Sweeter the second time around

Its been the second time i ordered sunglasses from Bassol Optic and its always been such a pleasure. The service is excellent and my sunglasses are packed securely in its original case and box and popped in another stuffed box so it arrived safe and fabulous!! It arrived quickly from Barcelona . Do not bother

I ordered a pair of sunglasses that, according to the website, were supposed to be delivered in May. It's now the beginning of July, and I've still received nothing.

I've reached out to customer service countless times, often waiting weeks for a response—if I got one at all. I requested to cancel my order five separate times before they finally processed the cancellation. Since May, I've probably sent around 50 emails and received only two replies.

The customer service is virtually non-existent. The prices may seem attractive, but you'll end up paying for it with your time, frustration, and patience. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Cheap Prices? Cheap Service

Edit after reply: i sent you my first email on the 18th of June, plus another one on the 29th of June. No answer to both. I will send a third one, sure, but please check your records first, before writing around the Internet that you don't see any records, I even added the reference number of my booking here to facilitate the researches but you preferred the "customer is dumb" way. Another confirmation of how you poorly Deal with your customers.

I bought two pairs of glasses last year. One pair has been fine, but the second started developing issues that seem to be caused by low-quality or cheap materials used. Since they are still covered by the two-year warranty, I tried to contact the company for assistance.

Unfortunately, reaching them has been impossible. The purpose of this review is to warn future customers about the poor quality of the customer service and, hopefully, to get a response from Bassol Optic.

Have I been scammed?

I ordered sunglasses nearly two months ago and they still haven't been sent. I have sent 15 emails asking for an order status or refund and have received responses but none answering my questions. Terrible customer service, and I still have no sunglasses and no refund.

No order No money

I placed an order on June 16th, and today is June 30th. I have received neither my goods nor a refund. For two weeks, I have been emailing them daily, yet they consistently ignore my requests.
Now, after endless silence, they finally responded claiming they need to "investigate" and asking me to wait another 14–30 days for a refund. The reality is that they didn’t even ship my order because they were missing one item out of three. Instead of shipping the two available pairs and refunding the difference, they refuse to do anything. They won't ship, and they won't process a full refund.
My holiday plans are ruined, I am out 342 euros. This shop is completely unreliable and dangerous to deal with. Extremely disappointed and highly recommend avoiding this store at all costs!

Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. It’s been over a week and they haven’t shipped the order yet. Lack of communication, had to send several emails to get a reply for an AI assistant. I’m in the process of cancelling it.
