Order nearly £300 of paint 2 weeks later no delivery of paint logged into my accont order is cancelled just a marketing bot that wants to send me emails etc no notification for cancelling the order.

Your order was never paid for. The payment timed out and no money was at any point taken from your account. Therefore the order was displayed as cancelled in your account. I can assure you that if the payments had been fully processed, we would have delivered the paint on a next day service.
If you had any complaints or queries about your cancelled order, we would have been more than happy to resolve any issues, if you had contacted us directly, about them.
