I have ordered paint several times from the website, always arrived very promptly, well packaged and with no delivery charge.
Also a fantastic range of colours and great quality paints.

Shame there is no option for zero stars, first not able to send paint on time, then unable to refund when cancelled, had to chase after a week and now told have to wait another 5 days for money back. Shockingly terrible!

I've used F&B estate eggshell for decades and was always very happy with the results. However recently I had the misfortune to buy Dead Flat Eggshell finish I was not impressed at all. Firstly the paint dries way too quickly, the coverage is extremely poor and areas are showing what I can only describe as flashing. My husband contacted F&B with the problems and was promised someone would call him back that was a week ago. What has happened to F&B?

My “experience” was, actually, quite exciting, with lots of anticipation, drama, the unknown, elation, and, best of all, a happy ending. The lovely people at Farrow & Ball performed what I can only assume were miracles to get me four tiny pots of paint lickedy split. They are kind, gentle people with senses of humor (or I suppose humour) knowledge, experience, and the best paint since JMWTurner mixed mangoes and animal urine to get that terrific yellow of his. Bravo! Wonderful! Thank you!

I was recommended to use Farrow & Ball paint by a friend - having looked at their website I was impressed by the range of colours and paint finishes, but was a little put off by the price. I decided to give it a try and am extremely pleased that I did - excellent results! Their paint is definitely a superior product and well worth the extra money. I used a broad emulsion brush and found the paint easy to apply - it gives a nice flat finish and has transformed my kitchen. Great service too - my order was quickly processed and arrived within a couple of days. Free postage was a definite 'plus'. I have no hesitation in recommending Farrow & Ball and will be using their products again.

I have already sent in a complaint as l had a decorator at my home in the day l was promised l would get my delivery.
I have had to compensate him for turning him away when he arrived and rearrange another date when he could complete the work. This is a full week from now as a result of my paint not arriving when advised. when

Colour chart arrived very quickly, now the hard part trying to choose colour.

I was really looking forward to use this paint was imagining how beautiful it will be, they had only a paper sample no pot for the colour I wanted but it didn't look like it on the wall even closely. Look right in the tin though. When asked for refund as it cost me 79£! They refused said I have to buy their expensive primer to get the colous as on the sample, what a joke. Do not recommend!

***Edit. Thats incorrect Gisella, I have advised Lauren of the problems I have had but am led to believe nothing can be done, just wanted to warn other potential customers that F&B are overpriced and over hyped, and CS don’t really help just cover themselves legally and are not interested ***
Overpriced & Overhyped
Moved into a bungalow and walls took a couple knocks from removal guys which is normal
Found out paint colour and sent off for tester pot to confirm.
However colour was no an exact match.
Reached out CS were initially helpful.
Did what they said but could not offer solution, end of.
What disappointed me most was there are so many imponderables which Farrow and Ball had no interest in helping with.

In their first e-Mail the following was advised with the obvious intention of selling another £59 tin. I refuse to be ripped off when I didnt choose the paint & F&B have chosen not to, as is their right not offer good Customer Service.

'Touching up is something Farrow & Ball tend to advice against as it can be tricky to achieve the same results compared to the first application, for optimal results on smaller areas we would advice using the same tin and the same application tool.'

I’ve used Farrow & Ball paint several times now, and while it’s often said to be expensive, I truly believe it’s worth the investment. The coverage is outstanding—especially when applying the recommended two coats—and the finish always looks rich and high quality.

One thing I particularly appreciate is how accurate the colour swatches are. They give a very true representation of the final result, which makes it much easier to choose with confidence and visualise how the colour will look in your space.

Overall, the depth of colour, consistency, and finish make this my go-to paint. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a premium result.

Helpful advice, quick reliable delivery

I’ve used a huge range of different paints over the years and can hand on heart say that this paint goes on unbelievably well. Great coverage and goes on so smooth. Colours are lovely too!

Great service. Lovely paint

I'm very pleased with prompt delivery of my order from Farrow and Ball. The paint is always of a high quality and this will allow me to complete my touching in project. The original paint coats were put on kitchen cabinets over 10 years ago and, considering the room is a very high traffic area with plenty of washing over that time, the surface has remained in very good condition. I'm touching in around the sink area, where people stretch over counter top to reach taps and near oven where utensils have been used frequently.

Excellent quality and coverage paint but so it should be at the price!

I've used Farrow and Ball before and now we're decorating our new house Farrow and Ball is my only choice.
I order my samples and once we'd decided ordering and delivery was simple and quick.
We chose Skylight for our west facing bathroom, with Wimborne White, it's perfect! The paint covered really well and the colour is so lovely as it changes throughout the day.
It's my favourite room in the house, only 6 more to go!

Great website, the BEST paint on the planet. Expensive yes, but you’re paying for the quality of the product, painting is hard work and the feeling you get when you have completed the job and stand there immersed in the enveloping color, wow, worth every penny.
